Now I know why I am running new PBs lately. Learning how to Pace yourself really is essential. I hit 1 Minute about every 250 Meters, so I already know I am running my 5k between 20 and 21 Minutes
So say I was running a 1.5 mile and its on a track where it takes 6 full laps (including the 6th) to complete the 1.5 mile. how exactly would I go about pacing myself in terms of laps. for ex) would I start off slow and speed up gradually as I progress through the laps or maybe start out extremely fast and ease it off a bit as I go?
Love the diversity haha. 3200 and mile for me with the occasional leg on the 4 by 8. I would run everything if I could but that’s just the perfect setup for injury.

I got 3 notifications for this one video. I’m so confused, plus a fourth for the other one you uploaded
I don't know why, but maybe RUclips wants you to watch it three times and then SMASH that like button ;)
Killer advice Nick, can you do a masters show for us similar age bisons that potentially can't handle the same training volume as these young bucks?
Hi Nick!!! Thank you for all the advise!! You're awsome!!!!
pls upload the clips on the nick symmonds show and do this channel like it was before, the clicks show that as well
Great advice Nick.

If you know what fitness you are in, try to aim for evenly paced laps, and go all out the last 400
Really informative one Nick, thanks for always being such an inspiration 🙏💪
I have a feeling Nick forgot to schedule this for tmr

Hey nick, I know you’re not a field kind of guy, but can you do some sort of video on jumps on your main channel? More specifically long jump

4x400 doesn’t mean anything about your athletic skill, it just means that you couldn’t hide from the coach well enough at the end of the track meet.
@@drew6927 Fr I always be going to the bathroom before the 4x400
I’ve done shotput, triple jump, 3200, and 200 all in a middle school meet
@@drew6927 Ain't that the truth. You gotta pretend to be dead or some shit, otherwise, buckle up for an awful ass ride
