It never ceases to amaze me as to how these huge predators can ignore humans standing and moving on an open vehicle and yet spot much smaller animals in the brush. However, if a human merely stepped on the ground, they would be pounced on in a matter of seconds.
The vehicles and people in this video are way to close to these animals, invading both their territory and personal space. There are videos of tigers taking down people who were riding elephants on old hunting safaris. No person in these current videos is safe from an angry tiger if they object to human presence. Fortunately for those involved the animal sseem to be quite acclimated to human presence, but the fact that they are this habituated is not a good thing from a wildlife management and protection perspective.
This type of public should not be allowed to enter into the core area of any wild life sanctuary.
