I moaned about the Ticova when I bought it as it was C tier but it's been absolutely excellent for the price. The only thing I have needed to do is tighten the odd bolt with the Alun every few months. It's developed a very very slight squeak when rocking forward and when it turns when unladen but I think a little grease will resolve that. I agree with the slightly firm seat but I've used it all day and night fairly often and I haven't had any negative impacts vis a vis comfort issues. For the money it's excellent. I've had it for just over a year and it's been great.
I’m an active 19 year old guy and the ticova’s lower cushion sucks. The bolts do fall out all the time and the arm pads slide around. No complaints about back mesh, lumbar support, or neck rest though. I ended up removing the armrests. Im now looking for a new chair now tho
Hello BTOD guys, thanks for your videos and contributions on the topic. Just one question for you: what would you pick between a Steelcase Think V1 version (used, for about 70$ or 80$) or a Ticova for 135$? I know that the Steelcase will be better built but how's the comfort for long days sitting on the chair? (programming and statistics, I work from home and I also play games in the evening). Thanks for your inputs again!
Unfortunately the atlas doesnt ship to the UK. There is a similar “looking” chair called the “Hollude” on amazon. Just wondering if you have ever used it? Many thanks!
Are you looking at a legit seller? Only reason I ask is I was looking it up when I read your comment considering buying it, and it's got 4.3/5 from the hbada store. You've got me worried lol.
This is the same for the Siho, I had a Siho mesh chair before and after a couple of weeks the cushion/foam frame that goes below the sit mesh started to break apart I return it as soon as I see this!!
@btod Just ordered a leap V2 from yall I’ve spent months looking for a comfortable chair I had a razor gaming chair and I got about 30 minutes of comfort out of it it was so bad I went back to a CUSP office chair I bought for 3 dollars in 2012 😂 never buying a gaming chair again.
This list is so Chinese like you can get a LOT of Western chairs at good prices too Secret Lab -139 off Corsair 40% off many chairs Many others please support Western brands if you can find it within your budget or convenience it really helps your neighbor.
your listing gaming chairs, which have minimal ergonomic features. Simply a bucket seat slammed onto of a post. Also almost all chairs come from china, including Secret Lab and Corsair.
You either don’t watch this channel much or don’t know much about chairs. Their main audience is likely majority US, as they are a US based company. Most of their chair recommendations are for people seriously looking for chairs. Gaming chairs are almost exclusively cheap garbage & anyone who is serious about getting a good chair knows that. Google btod chair tier list if you want to find out more.
Secretlab chairs are actual dogwater. Im looking at one of thess chairs to replace my current secretlab chair because its so shit and is causing me back issues. They simply arent good.

Trying to find a chair in the UK for less than £200 and everything seems to be flawed or badly reviewed.. nightmare
The Hbada has disastrous reviews on Amazon. It puts the credibility of this RUclips channel in question for even mentioning it.
