I know many of us have said it a a lot of times, but can we all just take a moment and give the biggest applause to the chef. To be able to recreate all of these meals to the best that he can if that means substituting ingredients for ones that he has access to. Amazing work as always!
Yeah, for real!!! He must have a real love for cooking, especially when he has to substitute ingredients. I don't like swapping out stuff, I want to try the dish as intended. UNLESS it has rosemary in it; that is a no go for me.
I'm still agog that it's a single person!
He indeed does a wonderful job and in a fairly small kitchen. He could easily run a cafe here in Aussie.
That's not chilaquiles though
@@TheChunkyluver53 ok, so break the tortillas and there you go
Dear gentlemen, here is a piece of advise, since I'm mexican and I love food... Please, keep this kind of content coming, keep these lovely people participating in your channel, keep these experiences promoting other cultures and please, be very proud of your channel, your people and your culture, just as I am of my own. Thank you so much for your videos and the amount of respect and care you have for other cultures!
But get the food right!
There is nothing better in the world than good Mexican food. Traveling from state to state is like traveling to different countries with each place having amazing local dishes.
Huevos Rancheros (ranch-style eggs) 🤠🍳delicious weekends breakfast, your dish looks pretty good, congrats to the cheff 👏👏👏from Mexico❤
Try Chorizo, Eggs, and Potatoes mixed and then tear off pieces of soft corn tortilla to pick it up to eat. That is my families favorite breakfast.
That's exactly what I'm making for breakfast! Lol
@@lindasanchez5079 😋 yummmmmmm!!!
And don't forget the Salsa. It would blow their minds to know how many different kinds of Salsa's there are. And how they are used.
@@pattiwhite9575 absolutely 💯 ❤️
For whatever reason my family eats it with white bread.
I am an American but I would love it if you would do more Mexican food. Americans love Mexican food so I’m thinking Pakistanis would love it also.
Thank you TPT, for honoring my Home Country of Mexico on your show 🇲🇽🫶🏼
I’m from the West in the USA and Mexican food is indeed delicious! Tacos, tostadas, tamales-I love them all. These men are so gracious complimenting the foods of other cultures. All cultures have developed similar dishes differing by what grows where they live.
Now, I’m hungry for tostadas!
Yes me too! I love chalupas and tostadas!

As a lover of Mexican cuisine, It's great to see people across the globe recognize the delicious food they offer.
I don't blame them. Mexican food is one of my favorites!!! 😊

There is nothing better than Mexican food
I live in Texas, so Mexican food as well as TexMex is our normal food.
mexican food is very undervalue for how good it is
Pues no parece, no se donde comas comida mexicana pero te la están sirviendo mal si crees que eso es comida mexicana.
Gentlemen, you always bring a smile to my face! Mr. Rana, you are so funny! Thanks for sharing
I really enjoy reading how the gentlemen share what they eat at comparable meals. It helps bridge distances and really shows we're more alike than not!
Guacamole with chips or as a compliment to other dishes. Also, street tacos of any kind.
So glad this channel is still alive and well. Such great content.
@@greghamann2099 As a former Chef I tend to agree on the food at least. but the subjects and their reactions to eating Western food are pure magic.
This morning I enjoyed my breakfast while watching these gentlemen eat their Mexican dish. I had three fried eggs, a croissant, and a cup of cold brewed coffee with a splash of coconut milk. Although I am American, Mexican food is my favorite cuisine--there are so many styles.
These videos are the highlight of my day. I watch one during lunch and so enjoy them. It has been fun to watch how our friends have increased their knowledge of different foods and the comparisons they make. They are getting much more discerning in their reviews. Tahir and Rana both are such characters… Gul and Chaudhary are serious eaters and really get into their roles😃👍
As a mexican i love this honestly we just love food and we take our time to make it good food culture in mexico is one of the most visable factors of mexican culture.
I absolutely love these men!!!!! So happy, joyful.....wish I could meet them and give each a big hug!!!!!!! ❤😊
Yes, Mexican cuisine has LOTS of Middle-Eastern flavors, especially your herbs, spices, and we put lime juice on everything. Actually, we owe the Lebanese our tacos al pastor.
And thank Españoles for bringing those middle eastern spices
@@Andomalo yup yup... can't thank them enough
@@Andomalojust like today a lot of muslim countries traded and migrated to spain. But Spain sucks as a country. So they deterred a lot of middle eastern folks to New Spain a place full of silver and gold. But luckily we as mexican people got the better end from all that history. And why the mexican people are a deep blend of many culture’s through out the country today.
@@thiccbaby2967 nah, Spain doesn’t suck. Not sure what sort of experience you had in Spain? But you’re welcome to share your experience. But Spain is loaded with culture and the cuisine is off the charts. In fact it’s on another level. But what happened hundreds of ago, Spain cannot be judged for
@@Andomalo im Mexican. And they can. And never been to Spain. It sucks.
Actually, there are similar aspects to both cultures in the food 🥘
Interesting
Jajajajajajajaja este canal está haciendo que sus seguidores sean super ignorantes sobre la comida.
I love the way Mr. Tahir estimates it to be 6 to satisfy a person and Mr. Chaudhary estimates it to be 12 ☺
That's a breakfast tostada not a chilaquile.
@@greghamann2099maybe they can’t get the right ingredients there. Don’t be hard on them because where i live in the US we just started getting more mexican products in the last 10 years.
It's actually called Huevos Rancheros.
I think that these gentlemen are so sincere and entertaining! Thanks for all your hard work and greetings from the State of Oklahoma, USA ❤️🎉🇺🇸🙏
You fellows are the BEST!. Much love to the CREW, CHEF, and FAMILIES as well! You may not think about it often, but you make make so many people happy. I hope you are all well.

I grew up around Mexican people in California. When I first started experimenting with curries I noticed that some of the same spices are commonly used. The varieties of Mexican dishes are numberless, every state in Mexico has it's own dish. One common dish rarely seen in fast food or restaurants is tamales,a very ancient dish in Mexico.I love Black Beans ,they have much more flavor than common white beans from more European cuisine. Many families have their own Mole recipe.Chicken is common ,also seafood and beef.Domesticated Turkeys actually originated in Mexico.Until they were imported Americans had to hunt wild turkeys.
I was told as a mexican that spaniards came here with Moorish traditions that eventually influenced what we know as mexican cuisine so yeah there is some overlap still
As a Mexican, I’m glad that you liked this Tostada Breakfast! 😉👍🏻🙏🏻🥰🤗
So glad they loved the food!! It would make my grandma happy !!
I just purchased your ramadan cookbook and I must say it looks beautiful and I can’t wait to try these foods!
I like how they can relate the dishes to familiar ones they prepare at home.
You're Chilaquiles we're actually Huevos Rancheros. Chilaquiles have a kind of a warm enchilada sauce, rather than actual salsa on them that makes the tortilla go soft, almost like an Enchilada. (Which is another traditional Mexican dish they would probably enjoy.) Huevos Rancheros are made with salsa on a crispy tortilla.
I think Tamales would be a really fun Mexican dish that you would like to try. And that's the kind of dish that could turn into a wonderful Staple in your villages if you grow Dent and sweet corn.
Elote is one of my favorite Mexican street foods made from corn on the cob with all kinds of wonderful toppings. If you do elote you also have to serve it with a nice refreshing Mexican drink called Horchata.
But my very favorite Mexican dish of all time is Chili Rellenos which is a cheesy stuffed poblano chili pepper.
For dessert you absolutely have to have Flan which is a baked caramel egg custard. And you can't have dessert in Mexico without a steaming mug of Abuelita which is Mexican hot chocolate. Mexico invented hot chocolate and it's different from hot chocolate anywhere else in the world because it has cinnamon in it. Delicious sweet and warming because of the cinnamon.
Mexicans CAN COOK!
Now im hungry lol
There's crispy chilaquiles though. And I actually prefer then that way. The problem with this video is that this looks more like a tostada eater chilaquiles
I always say that chilaquiles are just enchiladas for lazy people (including me, I make them all the time). This is definitely not chilaquiles, and it's not really much like huevos rancheros either (but definitely closer to that).
@@flingonberChilaquiles are very different from enchiladas, the salsa is usually quite different and also, it's made with fried chips, and sometimes served with eggs and is eaten as a breakfast in many parts of Mexico, it shares some similarities with enchiladas but overall I don't think they taste the same. Chilaquiles are also way more versatile than enchiladas
Your chef knocked it out of the park again❣️ How does he always make them so beautiful?
I'm a Mexican from South Texas my friend I never eaten one of those things whatever it is
So your standard of evaluating a dish is by the way it looks without tasting it?
@goransatle the thimb nail says its Chilaquiles and the thumbnail is correct. But the chef "made a Tostada" which is 180-degrees from Chilaquiles. It doesn't even look the same. Chilaquiles is soft like overcooked enchiladas. Tostadas were served and they are tortillas toasted so
much that they could used as roofing shingles.
@@josephsoto9933 how do you over toast a tortilla? I know how to undercook almost anything but not a tortilla.

Chili, eggs, crispy tortilla, yummy.
Burritos and tacos and tamales and sopias with refried beans and Spanish rice , Mexican rice foods are delicious and healthy ❤

Carne asada fries. Taco, burrito, enchilada, sample plate with the works. Just look it up lol. Almost all Mexican food is really good. Specially if homemade.
Im Mexican and I always thought India would like our food since it has so many similarities. Super cool to see them enjoy diff taste from around the world.
They are from Pakistan, not from India!
They're pakistani but ur right I'm indian I love Mexican food it's very similar to our cuisine
True. Used to be India. Plus Pakistan is still on the Indian sub- continent. Many different yet similar culture exist in the continent. Just like here in the Americas. We are as diverse as India, and as India many have added their cultures to our land. The one thing that united us is we are all of the human race, and should bring what we have to the table. 👍🏽
they should really try hungarian goulash. its amazing. can be made without modern appliances just over open fire. its a core memory from visiting hungary .
They had some a while back and it started some crazy arguments in the comments because just about every family has their own recipe for Hungarian Goulash! LOL Some have noodles, some have dumplings and some have neither. I've seen at least a dozen recipes that all vary slightly from one to the other. If they tried it again, I think they'd have to call it a "version of Hungarian Goulash". 😊
@@bobbiejojackson9448Goulash is a meat soup or a stew, noodles and dumplings have no place in it! It is a failry simple meal so I can understand why people feel comfortable adding their own touches. They are not traditional however.

Ceviche a fish dish is wonderful. Chopped fish or shrimp is "cooked" in lemon or lime juice and combined with hot peppers, tomatoes, onion. DELICIOUS.
Apaches have a similar dish. Ground beef cooked the same way, and at room temp for four hours. Four hours? Eeeee yeah. I'll take the ceviche.

Mr.Rana would fit in perfectly in Mexico, he would most definitely eat every dish that is served to him ! ❤

I would love to meet the chef too! Great idea.
I also wish someone with the cash would send them a big map of the world so that they can see where all of these places are. Too many times they're saying they've never heard of this place or that place and don't have any idea where it is. And teaching them about the foods of different cultures without teaching them where these things come from is kind of silly.

Seeing the gentlemen enjoy new foods is a joyful blessing to me as well. I'm surprised that all of the men ranked this dish as their top breakfast, but it is certainly a dish I also greatly enjoy and often order at Mexican restaurants.
I always thought that I was Mexican-American through and through, because I took a Ancestry DNA, my result came out mostly from Mexico but about 30% South East Asian from Pakistan. I confronted my parents, Turns out I have a Pakistani Grandfather that passed away when my mom was younger. I didn't know about him, but I am trying to learn about my newly found culture. His last name was Niazi. I am still trying to find out who my biological grandfather was.

I would love to see them on a food trip to Mexico 😍
Mexican people and food ❤
What they are eating is a tostada. There are a million ways to make one with any combination of toppings but the basic tostada consists of a fried or baked corn tortilla, beans(usually pinto or black) as the base, a meat of choice (beef, chicken, pork, fish, shrimp), lettuce, tomato, onion, and salsa. Many people will also add cheese, cilantro, lime, rice or make it vegetarian. Even the salsas can vary from region and family recipe. Theres really no right or wrong way to make one as long as you have the base ingredients. In my family this isnt a typical breakfast but truly you can eat it any time of day. We typically eat chorizo and eggs with sometimes a side of beans with tortillas.
This mexican is happy to see what they are enjoying today. I hope they like it. I could eat those everyday. Those are huevos rancheros. Right? I notice a lot of your food doesnt look like it should but probably tastes the same.
Thanks guys; God bless.

I agree with the idea of having a background map of the world to highlight where the food they are testing.
Could've given them a glass of Abuela / Mexican chocolate. They could do pozole since its beef & a soup. Funniest part, 10yrs ago. I was enlightened by an Indian woman. She made them claim how we Mexicans were similar to indians, who are close to Pakistans. So i do see this when they get that loving feeling.
