they already gave me the bands 1st day... cant even open my mouth hope ill get used to it

My teeth look fine,but the back molars are flaring out and I bite my cheeks every time I chew anything,that and there’s some minor crowding and gaps that the dentist wants to fix to prevent abscesses.
