How do I read and understand the excel sheet? So for example, I’m trying to do a mudkip spawn and how would I start the platform? Would I need a big platform of dirt and then what nearby block?
I love Cobblemon but they need to do something about these rates, bro. I dont play minecraft to grind for hours for a single 0.5% spawn (happened to me).
in the sky is definitely recommended as pokemon only spawn around your y-level at the moment. it doesn't need to be mega high, only 16 blocks or so off the ground prevents pokemon from spawning in anywhere but your platform
it's important that the floor isn't dirt or grass, as this will conflict with other spawns like you say. try with some wooden planks on the floor like the video!
Yeah I made a pretty successful Happiny farm. I made a platform 75 blocks above ocean. The platform was a 48x48 blocks and was made in a checkerboard pattern of dirt paths and grass. The grass and dirt squares that make up the platform are 2x2. Spawns Voltorb line like crazy,, ditto, eevee and the Chancey line. I get about 2 Happiny per hour just standing in the middle clearing the voltorb sometimes
@@james5s5s5 Thank you! I play on a server and have been hunting for 5 days and I’ve found a ton of dittos, Pinsirs, 2 Grookeys, an Oshawott (it’s next to a beach) a Poppilio, 3 Treekos, Gible, Litten and an Eevee 🙃
@@james5s5s5 Preciate it. Another idea would be finding the evolutionary ore levels if possible, I always find the biome but it takes a bit to get a stone

the fact that you can rig spawn rates by changing blocks in a chunk is the most technical vanilla feature i've seen
it's close to finding pokemons in certain Routes and location

Dratini spawn under y32 in any body or water with increased chances when it rains so if you build a huge pool under y32 you’ll be able to find one

there's no upper limit, building it bigger only makes your chance higher, but there's no point building over the max render distance of your server
