Bouncing leg doesn't automatically mean someone is nervous. People tend to thunk that from movies and all that but it's not always the case. And I think as a Bok you're media trained for bigger audiences so I don't think a podcast with players he played with before would make him nervous.

Manie Libbok, Immanuel, last time i was heavily invested in rugby was in 2019 and after the world cup, i didn't watch anymore, but i followed Cheslin Kolbe's career. In 2022, i saw a clip of Manie and i was blown away. I started following him & ofcourse Kolbe. When he joined the Boks, i was happy but also not because of the attention that comes with it and having to carry the weight of South Africans on your shoulders, especially occupying the 10 position. Did you know Manie played 60+ minutes against France in the World Cup who at the time was the World no1 team and we won. We also scored 4 tries in that game and Manie didn't miss
