Getting the aftermarket front bumper plastic to line up is a beast. I tried two from different manufacturers and could not get the top to match up flush. Not being a bodyman I couldn't figure what was wrong with the fitment. I finally gave up and did the best I could. After painting the can it wasn't so noticable. I have seen a lot of foxbodies with this problem.
Just wanna thank you brew2l I’ve spent 3 years trying to get my 93 triple black coupe running right. Even my mechanic could not figure it out and it was the vacuum line from the charcoal canister to the intake. So once again big thank you.
i don't know brewl those are pretty big gaps man and offset lines, it might turn out ok maybe I mean you are really building this car with spare parts and well spare parts, I just love watching you you try to make things work, awesome bro.
Beautiful! If you ever want to know how to restore your door cards. Look up House of Dula. He did everything himself, and only costed him under $200 bucks.
Doors are the worst but when they are right their right. I drill a small hole in the top and bottom mounts, that'll make it easier when they go back together
When I placed my cobra wing i put the screws in it and painted the heads with pink nail polish then pressed down and where it left a pink mark I drilled lol
Your video's are out standing you explain things really good learned slot about foxbodys always owned mustangs now looking for a foxbody keep the video's coming great work brother
I look forward to your videos every day keep up the amazing content!! I've learned so much from your channel! I just got a 1992 Mustang gt that was given to me by my mom and dad and i love it.. your videos helped me work out all the bugs! God bless you!
aw nice! the best part of video is genious! using the seat as a door jack , and it rolls to open and close as you start the door bolts! man you are good! love it!
BREW2L. its funny i acually just got the same stool harbor freight! and i am redoing my car llike you, and i wish i saw this before i took my doors off but i definately will be using this slick trick on reasembly, love your channel man you help a lot of people out and keep us motivated thank you bud👍☺
This is awesome. You're a realistic guy putting together something exciting. You aren't a RUclipsr who is already a multi-millionaire with 14 fully done fox bodies with Coyote engines, setting out to buy even more. Subscribed!
Looks great. Seems like when you rework a foxbody you are able to make it better than it originally looked from the factory. Will be a great looking car when it is done.
Wonder if the drain holes on the bottom of the old door got plugged, and Canada that happens and water freezes and bulges out the bottom... very unfortunate for T-top and convertible owners
Body lines on a fox are really hard to line up, atleast thats what i found on my car, typically 30 year old plastics that sat in the sun, warp to there own shape. But good luck..
Everytime I see a video that has stock foxbody brakes I think about how Ford didn't do us any favors. 140mph car with bicycle brakes lol! Keep up the good work on Calypso. Who disliked this video, an original Cobra owner lol?
I remembered this video so I searched through them to look for the Fiberfill product....got happy. I found the right video then sad because I can’t find the stuff anywhere :-(
Good work man!!what you think about reproduction tail lights on Fox body they should be make them on chrome housing instead of flat silver? It will help light , it will give more pop thru the lenses!!
Love you’re videos. Do you still have that 289 motor hipo motor I seen years ago in a video? I have a 65 k-code and need the correct motor for it. Think I asked before and thought I would check again.
I just saw a teal green 93 cobra sell for 25grand with a 100thousand miles on it granted the original owner took care of it and the paint was in great shape for the miles. So as you know real cobras aren't cheap.
The car is coming together nicely thanks for making such great content, it's really giving me motivation to get my fox done. Are them cervinis cobra side skirts? I already have there rear bumper.
Hey looks awesome love the turn out so far. Wondering since u said it's a. Budget build can price out each item at the end of it the whole build. Would b nice to c it doesn't cost as much when u do it yourself.
Following the build. This should be something special with all the attention to detail. Sorry if I missed it, but what is the plan for the engine? LS swap?
That door closes smooth as butter
Looking good bro!!!
Good shit man
Good work, I’m new to ur channel and iv learned so much
Thank you 🙏
It’s came a long way already !
Hard work is always worth it in the end. This fox will be a huge transformation. See you can balance your passion, family, and work. It's a long road!
My OCD fought the Foxbody body lines and they won.
Probably same here... lol
Your such an inspiration to me and my mustangs
I’m glad the videos are helping, that’s what it’s all about 🙏

I’ve seen that video actually! Great stuff 👌
door cards???????

I’ll be drilling line up holes before they come off again👍

When I placed my cobra wing i put the screws in it and painted the heads with pink nail polish then pressed down and where it left a pink mark I drilled lol

Loving your door holder/mover. Bet it makes a decent seat too! 😆 Seriously though this info ia going to help me a lot in the near future.

Thanks, hopefully soon
@@BREW2LFOXBODY the gobbly green goblin triple gz
Brew2l is having a brew!
👍👍👍👍, great tips bro
It’s looking real good, but is it better to do paint and body first or get it running first and then do the body work?
You can go about it either way but me personally I would paint after. If the motor is out then paint the bay before you drop it back in.
Helllllllls yeeeeeeeah! Loving it!
Body lines on a fox are really hard to line up, atleast thats what i found on my car, typically 30 year old plastics that sat in the sun, warp to there own shape. But good luck..
Another great video brother!

Keep up the good work on Calypso.
Who disliked this video, an original Cobra owner lol?
Man ,want to finish up on 8 of mine. Trying to catch up to Rodney (Sub standard).smh. Your info on various aspects of builds is very helpful Sir.
My next I redo a Fox it’ll be for my sons. In the meantime I’ll keep searching for a shop that’ll sell me one already done
Coming right along good job.Reminds me of the first mustang i put together lx 4cyl to 5.0gt keep up the videos
I remembered this video so I searched through them to look for the Fiberfill product....got happy. I found the right video then sad because I can’t find the stuff anywhere :-(
I love too have a 93 cobra clone because my real 93 cobra is too mint to drive alot. There only original once. But I can't wait to see it done.
Build that beast.
Ay bro, more work more content!😁
That’s right 👌
Budget but beautiful. You are going to make this build so close to perfect it’s gonna be awesome.
Keep going my man!😎😎
Have you ever done a video of a 5 lug conversion on a fox?
Lookin good 😎
Good work man!!what you think about reproduction tail lights on Fox body they should be make them on chrome housing instead of flat silver? It will help light , it will give more pop thru the lenses!!

Will BREW2L be at foxtoberfest 2019???
I wish...no way with my work schedule
nice man!!
That wing looks killer! I can’t wait to see that whole sexy body in paint. Coming along nicely, glad to see your not rushing it and skipping steps.
I just saw a teal green 93 cobra sell for 25grand with a 100thousand miles on it granted the original owner took care of it and the paint was in great shape for the miles. So as you know real cobras aren't cheap.

She’s coming along slowly right now. Hopefully soon it’ll pick back up though. I’ll definitely keep you guys updated on the budget
Hey brew2l if you’re interested in getting rid of those roh snypers (the wheels) I’d be interested.
🔥🔥 whats going in that thing?
Way to tackle them obstacles man,its coming along.
Where are you located ??... I think you said at one time Georgia ? But couldn’t remember .. was just in Atlanta from Michigan
Next time we see the car........it’ll be done hahaha. Nice job guys!
GhostmanDKA I wish... 😂 I’m slowing down next week though.
For cheap soft sander I chopped up a pool noodle..
Use cardboard with the putty stuff. I'm a fiberglass tech with anderson polymers. Cardboard is a tool my friend.
👍🇨🇦
Lemme fix that title for you:
Calypso Cobra.
Oh I can hear the keyboard warriors firing those keys up now. 😂
Are these aftermarket cobra parts? Real ones are very hard to find and very expensive. If they are aftermarket, how do you feel about them?
Hey brew2l! I’m also doing a cobra clone. Have you had any clearance issues with the side skirts under the door once painted?
Following the build. This should be something special with all the attention to detail. Sorry if I missed it, but what is the plan for the engine? LS swap?
Thanks brother, no LS swap here... 👌
