    BTW, the AMO draw length is measured from the throat of the grip to the string at full draw PLUS 1.75". So the distance between the grip and string at full draw for a AMO draw length of 28" is 26.25". But if you measure that distance at 28", your AMO draw length is 29.75".
    Fun fact, the pound sign or hash tag is a character called an octothorp. Octothorp means eight thorps. No one knows what a thorp is.

    serial number can be handy in case of defects. OR when you want to look up specific details in case of older (usa) bows as they can give information about year of production etc.

    I have 2 recurves both 56''amo a #447..my dl is 27'' so the draw weights i have are #420
