    Just finished her book The Other You. It appears to be a series of short stories, but they interconnect. Highly recommend it.

      I love Joyce Carol Oates, but this one had me confused in the end. This was a book I couldn’t put down, but I came here hoping to get an explanation of the ending.

    One question maybe you can help me with. At the very end, G. tells us that one of her nephews drive her to meet a character. Well, is this another of G's unreliable facts? Or where are this nephews coming from? I really enjoyed the book btw.

    Oates' sister is actually severely autistic..so that may have been a kind of inspiration for the book
