Thank you! 😃
Thanks for always answering my questions. OSCE done and dusted
🎉🎉Congratulations, thanks for the feedback.
Fantastic presentation 🎉
Thanks 🎉
Please one question about the medication paracetamol that was given before was it in your question? That the medication was given before ? Because I can’t find where it was documented it was given before by 11:00 ? Instead there is a code 2 meaning the patient was out of the ward at that time
Please 😢reply me I’m having my OSCE soon thanks🎉
It was given @1100 on once only medicines.
All the best in your exam
This is awesome
Hi nurse Ademola, under the once only medication for example the paracetamol there wasn't given by 10:00 it was coded 2. Then you now have the paracetamol under as required chat and your time is 14:00 I'm I going to administer?
Thanks
Hi, if all the checks are OK, and nothing containing PCM was given in less than 4 hours,
Thanks please
Great job as always ❤❤❤
Well done ma.
Thank you ma ❤
Thank you for this fantastic presentation, please my question is ' can I code medication that is under regular but is BD and I am are required to serve 12 hour medication ?
Hi. any medication under regular due at your time is to be coded, if omitted with the right code. Thanks.
Hello guys just to let you know I passed 9 station and failed on implementation.i only watched all your video that it’s massively helpful to self study like me.i hoping i will get the same scenario.ectopic pregnancy.from the bottom of my heart thank you guys
Congratulations 🎉, success is sure. Please what was the comment on the step you missed
Thanks for the feedback, Congratulations in advance 🎉
Awww
@@unifiedosce5580hello nurse ademola.i booked my resit on implementation.reason I failed I forgot to Administer antibiotics and did not record in omitted doses (I’m assuming the patient allergic to penicillin that’s been prescribed)completely forgot to read the anti microbial page because is double sided completely missed it.I should think about the post op scenario with antibiotics therapy.do you think I will get the same MAR chart.many thanks in advance
You'll definitely get the same scenario if you're writing before September 9.
Just stay calm, ensure you read all your chart and double check when you finish to ensure you haven't missed anything.
Wish you all the best, we await your success story 🥰
Please if the patient is not on oxygen but using air, do you have to write the date, time and capital A on the right side?
Good evening nurse Ademola, please concerning the prescription if DURATION is not present whiles all other details are present does that renders the entire prescription invalid?
In OSCE, you will have the duration or ongoing .
Time for medication round, 14:00Hr
STAT: IV pcm 1000mg given @ 11:00hr.
Regular: Tab Pcm 1000mg QDS @ 14:00Hr…. However, it’s just been 3hrs since the last dose was given. Hence, we CODE.
My question:
Aren’t we supposed to code 10 and write not yet time instead of code 5 (which is STAT dose given) when Pcm is a QDS drug?
Judging from your previous video on HOW TO CODE. Pls, I need your opinion 🙏🏾
Hi, Yes, you are correct if you choose code 10. Patient had paracetamol less than 4hours ago. If another candidate use code 5 is acceptable as well.
Oh, it’s makes sense.. I hope others could learn from this. Thank you for response 🙏🏾
Do we need to mention or not
how can we give without pharmacy check?most of the medicaions pharmacy check not done please explain
You can give the medication without pharmacy check in as much it's valid and due at your time.
Please I need you to coach me for OSCE EXAM,it is urgent
pls I need you too for NMC OSCE couch for my exam, pls is urgent
Hello mam .if you have prescription written on your as required medication for example paracetamol.i know prn you don’t needs to code it.what about if patient allergic to it.can you just verbalise and escalate to doctor.thanks
Hi, you can code that because it is allergy related.
@@unifiedosce5580 thank you so much .your videos is so helpful with the self review like me.keep up the good work 👍
@byyenfren7, thanks for the feedback
As required meds are never coded.Just tell the patient that you will escalate it to the medical team once you are done so that they can change the prescription.
