Really enjoyed your video. I luv how even & straight your cake layers are. Do you use the Agbay?
I also wanted to ask, if you have a preferred brand of sugarpaste you use please?

Thanks for much for the lovely comment. Yes I do use an Agbay to level my cakes. I have found it to be invaluable.
And yes my preferred brand of sugar paste is The Sugar Paste. I used to use Massa Ticino but they changed the recipe, then I moved on Smart Flex but it was expensive, so I tested The Sugar Paste and found it to be of similar quality to Smart Flex but so much cheaper. No tearing, no elephant skin, and it stretches beautifully. xx

The sheeter is a Pastaline maxi electric sheeter. I got it from Cake Stuff. An online cake decorating company.
