I have a dream, that one day all the table tennis videos are only uploaded in fullHD and 60fps or better! This is the only sport that i need this quality :P
OMG THANK YOU! i've been trying to figure out what piao liang was, but couldn't quite figure it out enough to write it down for a translation. been bugging me for ages. learning to play cpen means listening to a lot of mandarin commentary, i might as well learn a little.
High quality? ITTF? Wow, I'm not sure what's more impressive, the uploading quality or the rally. Anyway, I said this already but this rally is soooo awesome, absolutely amazing!
Absolutely blown away at the show of skill by these two, fearlessly and aggressively escalating the round hitting their opponent's side of the board with the ball every time *on top of the fact* that they were constantly testing each other's ability to react to shots just to hit the ball back. This clip is for the history books.
The fun part, is that Xu Xin is doing 80% of the spectacular stuff while Zhu Lin Feng is TRYING to stay close to the table and just knock him out with the same smashes and topspin shots over and over again. But Xu Xin purposely keeps driving him away from the table with high side/top spin balls, and when it looks like Xu Xin could send him a killer at 0:11 he just places it nicely for him to continue the rally. Was this a safety insurance due the weird punchball Zhu sent, or was it intended to ensure a continued rally to make a crowd pleasing point? I wonder :L Does not make it any less spectacular though. Also, I prefer watching rallies like this ahead of rallies like Fang Bo vs Ma long at the wttc, simply because Shakehand vs shakehand, with the same Ma Long/Zhang Jike/FZD/Fang Bo/Yan An etc. style can be so monotone to watch... We need more diversification in table tennis. (Xu Xin, Wong Chun Ting, Joo Sae Hyuk, He Zhi Wen etc.) Whether it's more difficult or not (this point, vs wttc point) is also a discussable matter, because footwork was a way larger factor here. So I wouldn't go concluding on either point being better than the other, it's a matter of taste and a different set of skills are used.
Oh so you didn't lower yourself by talking shit about my mother? At least i didnt spew shit on yours. And why was my original comment so offensive to you that you had to go and be all defensive about it. Screw that man i didnt lower myself to YOUR standard
Puneet Gupta You chose to post a comment insinuating his lack of skill and that attacked his pride. How would you feel like in his situation, when someone randomly texted that? It makes people feel sick. This does not mean you're fully to blame, because he chose to reply personally, instead of holding his nerve and letting your post slid. Hopefully you'll be more careful, because there are people out there that are far worse and knowledgeable and are capable of horrible things. wish you a great life.
41 shot. And it's not lobbing but close-to-table counterattacking. Phenomenal!
well said
Wtf does that mean
close to table?
@@russell3642 Relatively.
@@evgeniy_moscow_gooner did you just reply after 7 years? absolute madlad
Best point I've ever seen.

Get a golf camera man... that guy track a mid air ball
To be a Chinese commentator you need to know just 3 phrases: 1) Piao Liang! (Pretty!), 2) Hao Cho! (Good Ball!), 3) Ji hue! (Opportunity!)
hhaha, agreed
Yang Ying, and Cai Meng , the senior Chinese commentators ,have both won the title of the world's champion.

*****
"hao"(好) in chinese means good ,nice..
"cho",in chinese named "qiu"(球), means "ball".
I don't know any Chinese but it sounded perfect for that rally.
There's lot of beautiful rallies in the history of TT but this one is really awesome !
High quality? ITTF? Wow, I'm not sure what's more impressive, the uploading quality or the rally. Anyway, I said this already but this rally is soooo awesome, absolutely amazing!
Lol its not ITTF's video. This was recorded during the Chinese Super League
+Vincent Adulfo I know, but this video's quality is the ITTF's upload, given to them by yes the Chinese Superleague.
For sure best I've even seen. Absolutely amazing!

You are doing fantastic job delivering this, ITTF channel!
I very much doubt anyone would top this rally. EVER.
A new "Point of the Century" only 4 months after the first one? Something tells me we'll see many other points of the century in this century xD
for me xu xin is number one in table tenis
Xu Xin ultimate
This point is the unreachable. Not even the Chinese play these points. Those two must be some future robots
Xu Xin is no robot, he's an artist
Speechless...dis seems out of the world...
High Speed High Quality
They played this staggeringly difficult TT superlatively well
I just witnessed a miracle, the pinnacle of table tennis.
I just watched a whole heap of videos and this was the best
unbelievable play! never see such awesome and longest play in TT.

I agree - this is the best rally I have seen
like the commentary... 'oh.... oh.... hao.... oh.... pjao lija... oooh.... hao shjo... ooooh..... ooooooohhh'
41 fire power counter shots ? I have no idea how the xuperman and Zhu Lin feng do this!
The angles were crazy good!
Really the best rally
Cool.
Today I learned you need to stand 5m away from the table at a 45 degree angle to properly play this sport. Thank you!
Incredible
pure quality!!
This was amazing
absolute wizard.
Holy...
Incredible!!!
Indeed
Jesus😂😂😂 AMAZING !!!
Incredible!
Unbelievable Jeff!
WTF, this is not the normal table tennis, it's table tennis in the superman mode: Most (if not all) of the shots are superman shots.
Where can I find full match?
Haha, even though Zhu Linfeng lost the point, he was still smiling afterwards if you look closely :D
Who wouldn't smile after partaking in a rally like that.

If anyone ever asks you the difference between ping pong and table tennis ... send them this vid. Good stuff.
Xu Xin said Zhu Linfeng can put this on his resume when finding a job
so many around the net shots :O
