To bbq in the snow is the easy part, the hard part is to keep the camera dry, take photos with my phone and bbq at the same time 🤪. The chicken turned out perfect 👌 super tasty and juicy 👍. Have a good weekend as well my friend 🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻
Your recipe and video are outstanding, which isn't such good news for my favorite local Lebanese restaurant. Very nicely done and thanks for putting it out there!
Ohh yes!! You finally got around to making this. Thanks for the recipe and video. It's Australia day next week. I'm Definetely going to make this then. Two thumbs up from me. Thanks!!! Also that chicken looks beautifully cooked
The chicken turned out super tasty and juicy 👍. Just turn the chicken every 5 minutes on the grill and you will have a outstanding result 👌. Thanks for watching and stay safe 👊👊
@@mrskewer964 No. Thank you for making this for me! I asked you about 2-3months ago. I've been wanting this recipe but couldn't find anything on RUclips. 😍
I have never tried sydney charcoal chicken and I couldn't find any recipe online about it. The recipe I made is from my local lebanese restaurant (they are famous for their charcoal chicken). I'm sure the recipe is very similar to what you are used to 👍👍
Awesome cook Brother! That marinade sounds tasty, gave ya perfect color👌 that was one juicy bird! Rocking that grill in the snow!! Great presentation as always..👍👍 thanks for sharing ,have a great one, you all stay safe!👍👊🍻
could you make us the Turkish recipe "Kokorec", it is like shawerma but this one is made from the intestine of the sheep or cow, the greek type is made from sheep organs and intestine, good luck :)

You're no cook.
Chicken should be constantly basted to preserve juicy texture / minimise moisture loss.
