Considering some have been withdrawn since 2016 they could well be doing component recovery for all we know. But you never know what goes on at Toton. Lots of Class 60s lying idle that have been in use via DB and plenty of spares for them.
Your videos have been worth watching lately and seeing class 67030 even 60062 Sonia at toton hear in South Wales DB Class 66001 & DB 66653 named Barry Needham are at Margam T.C. on the steel working, old EWS livery 66158 and DB 66028 have also been seen in South Wales to. Now on Saturdays there a working from Margam T.C. to Eastleigh and it's usually 1, 2 even 4 Class 66 which could be interesting for anyone who needs numbers
What’s gonna happen to 67030? Nice Paul Melleney 66172 pulling that, saw that in Margam T.C., 66019 was brill moving around and unfortunately inactive shed number 66145, how long has that been in store for?
I got the scope!!!!!!!! All I need now is a descent pair of wellies to tackle the embankment...... Nice video and liked the 67 with the sunroof.
Very nice. Hopefully, 67030 is just getting the full works done. Hopefully it's back soon, I don't want to see 67s getting scraped anytime soon. 😊

How old are they? They don't look that old......
@markcf83 built 1999 to 2000. not that old.
Always interesting to watch them playing at trains at Toton! Bet it was muddy on the bank
It is a big train set there 💯. Wellies were needed..!

66789 in BR Large Logo just fits really well IMO
Last time went to Toton on the 3rd of Jan 2025. It's very mucky & I See 66701 with some wagons but I See 66701 for the first time
Think some of those 60's have a better chance of resurrection than 67030....😄
Agreed plenty of spares for the ones that have been out of service from DB.
Why havent the DB sheds been numbered 657 and 658, thought they may gone with the running order after 250, eg 251 and 252
Because they are being regeared as 66/6s to move heavier loads at slower speeds. Same set up as Freightliner's fleet of 66/6s
I reckon 67030 is going in the bin. Sad to think really that a locomotive built in 1999/2000 has somehow ended up in this state

145 was a Frenchshed.
@RedShedNick 045 was
Thought I hadn't seen it before, that's why just didn't sound familiar
