Carne en su Jugo | Meat in it's Juice

Ingredients:
1.5 lbs beef stew meat, cubed
1 package bacon
6-8 tomatillos
1 roma tomato
1 small bunch of cilantro
4-7 green onions
1 serrano pepper
1 small white onion
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons chicken bullion
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Water
Cooked Pinto Beans
