Don’t eat gear 5 madara has small aoe but has the best damage and gogeta is the best option for grinding so if your over lvl 1700 eat the madara if under eat gogeta

Im not sure but for yoruichi that sword is extremely rare in the dungeon, the best way you can get it is from summoning the boss in wano
But yeah, besides that its just very low chance to get the items sorry
