Protect the public William do not verify when you are losing money but when you win they want to verify and the process is do difficult it is too much hassle, they took over £350 deposit without any issues , lost £300 and then I wanted to redraw my £50 and now they are refusing to release my £50 until I submit proof but still allow me to play games, I guess so I loose all my money ! The list is as follows ID must: - be colored - be valid - not have cut edges - include signature - photo must be clear Proof of address must: - be colored - be issued in your name - include your address - have been issued within the last 3 months Card must: - be coloured - have the first 4 and last 4 digits visible - have the 8 middle digits covered Funding Evidence must: - be made clear to us where the funds you use to gamble originated. These companies are run from abroad and by gangsters who should have their licenses revoked and the public needs protecting against these types of frauds and these companies should be held account for the theft they commit in the industry
