The Itsu Chicken Gyoza are the best to my tastes. I use them a lot in noodle soups, or fry them until coloured underneath and put in 100ml boiling water to steam them the rest of the way, lid on. Very tasty, especially with Encona Sweet Chilli Sauce. I found the vegetable ones to be very single-note in flavour. They're dependent on a good dipping sauce [but I don't care much for their soy sauce that's included].
Another nice review, again thanks guys and it's a shame that a lot of commercial suppliers use cheaper ingredients which often spoil the product, but I guess they have to do it that way to keep the prices down. Also shame that the filling is 'mushy' as it doesn't add to the whole enjoyment of eating. Was definitely worth trying either way... Nice one!
Tough crowd! I'm pleased to see you try these as they were my go-to before I learned to make my own. They have prawn and chicken, which I prefer, although the directions say they should be boiled or steamed rather than cooked in the potsticker way.
Good review - I need to try the chilli oil. BTW they do meat versions; chicken, pork and duck flavours are available in larger supermarkets. Would be good to see the review
I got my training in a fusion restaurant and as far as my opinion given i uses to eat both hand made and frozen gyöza on the reg i think these are pretty good given what they are, ketsup manis is a must and save youself don't use the packet dip make your own lol
I'll have to try these and the chilli oil i love dumplings and always buy the brand Honor the szechuan dumplings are lovely from my asian supermarket, good review 👍
I’m addicted to these it ain’t a joke..I eat it with seasoned salt.

Didn’t know they sold different flavours, going to track the others down

Tesco do chicken, prawn, pork, duck and Korean beef.
Couldn't have said it better myself 👍

Merry Christmas from our family to yours 🌲🎅🏼
We quite like the Itsu Gyoza's, though the vegetarian ones are our least favourite along with the prawn. Great review guys x
I tried a couple of their variants a while back and wasn't a fan. Just had an "off" taste about them, to me at least. Keep up the good work.

I think if we had not done them that way they would of had even less flavour, the only thing that gave them any depth was the way we cooked them
Hi guys well done 👍 great fun videos. A very happy Christmas 🎄 to you both and a happy (better) new year! 😆
Which satay sauce would you recommend
I quite like the Itsu pot noodles. I think I already mentioned this to you Chin. So far I've had the Katsu and Satay ones
The Chiu Chow Chilli Oil is the best part of this meal. It's wonderful.
Good review - I need to try the chilli oil.

I put them a minute in the microwave and chuck em in the deep fryer 😂 😂. Quick and crunchy 😉

I get these from our tesco, we get the chicken ones and the pork ones, they’re quite nice, only I didn’t get any oils with mine!

Ajinomoto from Costco are the best huge bag for £7
Hell yeah! They also sell Bibigo beef, also v nice. 100% better than any in regular supermarkets
How about reviewing the Naked brand of noodles in a pot, there is a load of different flavours
For someone who didn't like them you eat enough
Because a lot of the time you can hate the 1st one or 2 and they grow on you, plus I said there nice with the chilli oil sooooooooooooo
I just tired stonebaked pizza hoisin duck it's from Iceland just to see if you's would give it ago
🍾
Meat ones are mushy! They just don’t taste very good. Wish supermarkets would stock better tasting dumplings.
How much were they?
I don’t know think £2.50
£3.75 at Tesco...the chicken ones are NYCE
I like these. I normally get chicken. Or Korean beef. Fry them in a little oil and steam at the end. Rather nice dipped in soy
Did know they did other flavours, theses we’re the only ones sold in our supermarket
I like the chicken ones best.
We’ve heard there good but can’t get them near us :(
Japanese would be and gy pronounced at the same time, gyo-za. I'd rather make my own though.
I don’t like it frantically eating them all shaking wile dipping in Chili oil 😭
Hahah yes but I do say that with the chilli oil there good because it masks their flavour, so it’s just texture and tasty chilli oil
💜💜💜💜💜👍👍👍👍
Holy moly- the noise of your chew made me click off
😂😂😂😂
Oh, no cooking, just yapping and eating. Wrong video 🙁
