Hey Marlon. That was quick. Fantastic. Ok. Let me watch. The one story more my speed but can appreciate a 2- story. And that’s exactly why I don’t like full glass doors. But you said it, frost it. Agree. Extended storage if possible under the stairs would’ve been nice. The cabinets a unique color and feeds nicely with the backsplash and floors. I get what you’re saying about the wall the tv is on. But the sofa is on the longer wall and the kitchen folk can converse facing the sofa seated folk. 🤣. Ok. The primary is a nice size. En-suite is a smidge small but enough. Nice closet for the light Florida clothing. Quaint loft seating area. Spacious first bedroom. Spacious bathroom. Second bedroom spacious. A third bedroom? Only one bath to 3 bedrooms and loft space? Would’ve squeezed in a 1/2 bath. Nice home for fit stair climbers. Thanks much and see you next video.

Very bad feng shui to have the stair case lead out to the front door. It sending energy out of the house, but there’s fixes for that like putting a mirror like where you were recommending a chandelier, I guess that’s why you sensed it without realizing.
