It's definitely the most beautiful. It's sort of a tough comparison though because previous games all have very distinct styles too, but they're quite different. Whereas Elden Ring falls closer to high fantasy (with dark fantasy tones), the whole Dark Souls / Demon's Souls series is pretty firmly couched in dark fantasy with medieval architectural style, while Bloodborne is this really beautiful blend of elements of Victorian architecture and design coupled with cosmic horror, and Sekiro is extremely inspired by Japanese folklore, feudal Japanese architecture, and in many ways Japanese art styles. They're all very different from each other, and all beautiful in their own ways. In my opinion, Elden Ring is my favorite (and certainly the most "epic" in the truest sense of the word), but Bloodborne is a close second, and Dark Souls 3 after that.

This game is a beautiful addiction. Gaining more power and killing the never-ending bosses in this game makes it more mesmerizing and gives you more adrenaline to finish the game but every time it keeps on expanding and gives you more room to play and more room to roam around a beautiful map.
As a gamer all the focus goes in to in-game stuff or fighting your way to progress and you unintentionally don't have the time to appreciate the beauty of the game really. I played this game for over 200hrs now and wow this is the first I really set back, enjoy and appreciate how beautiful this game is.
I am excited to see more games from FromSoftware Inc. that can capture the same sense of magic and joy that I experienced while playing this one. It truly felt like a return to my childhood, and I haven't had such a blast playing a game in a long time.

One of if not the most beautiful and breath-taking game I've ever played. I love games with amazing art direction over graphical fidelity. Would be amazing to have both, but favouring the former both makes the game look more unique and lowers the system requirement.
I don't get people who complain about graphics in this game lol. Like yeah sure, it's not uncharted 4 or god of war levels, but for a game that doesn't really focus in having amazing graphics what they managed to do was very impressive. All the textures look good and the lighting is very well done. I also love how blood splats in the floor/grass/clothes/etc in a realistic way when fighting enemies, and it stays there until you rest.
The art direction is what truly sets Elden Ring apart. It's got issues with the performance, sure, but you simply can't beat the pure spectacle and scope of what lay before you in the Lands Between.
Its like walking into a painting, such beauty and harmony between different colors. These western games should realize high graphics isnt the point of a game
One day! It'll go on sale, and frankly if you don't have a system to play it on, I recommend finding a cheap PS4, you can get them for under $200 used or even refurbished. I think mine was $250 or $300 refurbished 5 years ago.

FromSoft artists are one of the best in the industry., the swords, the armors and clothes, monsters, enviroments, etc. and since shadows of colussus, I haven't felt so small in a open world.
Graphics and beauty aren’t the same. Elden ring has pretty average graphics, lets be honest, but the art design and beauty of the world is truly incredible
Most surprise thing about Elden Ring beauty is You could record random timeline of your gameplay and it will be magicly beautifull (except under lyndell capital xD)
05.2024.. My first soulgame ever, finished a year ago. the maps & environmental detail are amazing but I'm curious about all the majestic buildings when they were still intact, before the Ring was shaterred & before the war. Its the trees for me. Was zooming in with my telescope in the eternal city, on ps5 running the prioritze framerate option. Every single leaf was animated even from 200 yards. Growing up with super Nintendo, ive noticed with every generation the trees get better. Now they look real, and im here for it.
as a big big fan of fantasy settings in video games, i really really want to be able to play this game bc of that very reason. but im not very good playing souls franchise, its too hard for me, i never get far. so i youtubed it alot, hoping to find new beautiful areas.
Elden ring adds a lot of new mechanics to make the game easier. Summoning help on the go, shields being more effective, and having guard counters, and the biggest of them all: the open world. You'll pretty much always have at least 3 main paths to follow, and 100 side paths. I understand that because the other games were linear, if you got stuck at a boss, and simply couldn't figure out his timings and such to beat it, you could only farm some enemies to get levels. Here you can explore something completely new to get stronger and find new tools. Maybe its worth giving it a go
This game gives a lot of helping hand. Summoning things or other players to help you out has never been easier and more accessible. You can literally spawn in front of most bosses now so you don't have to go back to a checkpoint.
The games really arent that hard its all about picking your battles and actually making a decent build if youre having a hard time go somewhere else explore and get more powerful the level of diffculty is really up to you you can farm enemies level up a bunch upgrade your weapons and be over leveled the whole game one shotting all but the really tanky enemies and make the bosses trivial
You are still probably going to need to look at things on a guide or a video to know where things are and to understand the intricacies of the equipment system. Just so you know.

Something Blizzard could learn with their useless game called Diablo 3 and soon to be Diablo 4. They are not visionary's anymore and don't take risks. They call their game open world but I just do not see it at all. I guess they are doing it as a marketing thing.
IMO Elden Ring and Elder Scrolls are the only games that have managed to build interesting open worlds. BotW was pretty boring (fun game, but the world is not great) and Witcher 3's open world isn't great either, even though the story is magnificent.
@@Wft-bu5zc RDR2 was probaly the best if not second best open world game i have played. Its between that or elden ring. Then Breath of the wild which is almost up there with those. Horizon behind them which was an ok open world game with a great story.
cyberpunk is the best open world
Elden Ring destroyed all AAA gaming industry. Maybe only Witcher 3 can compete with it.
I understand why Ubisoft is so angry about its success.
If Elden Ring was done by them you would have to buy armor sets, weapons, mount and every piece of map and dungeon via ingame store.
@Hare75 The Lowly Tarnish even story elden ring is better if you really dive into the lore it incredible
Red Dead Redemption 2 is another pinnacle in gaming. The story missions might be railroaded but exploration in 1st person in that gorgeous nature with real life behaviour of the animals is👌🏼
I don’t like the witcher 3
RDR2 says hi
@@zensoredparagonbytes3985 but man rockstar have infinite money budget, from software dont even have the half of that, then obviously rdr 2 is incredible
Playing this game on acid is pure bliss.
Unforgettable. Thanks From Software.
So beautiful editing, thank you
Thank you for this beautifull video
One of the few times where a game's concept art and the actual location in the game match up - I always feel like exploring a concept art and Elden Ring actually let's you do that. If for nothing else, ER kept me playing for the visuals
This is awesome man love the video
this video was really well made, good editing. this looks like a must play. Bloodborne was just so amazing in all aspects, this is a dream you will dive into and come out after a long time.
Beauty is that none of this is cinematics, these are actual experiences in gameplay…love the montage. Totally hyped for erdtree dlc!
ahhh @1:30 i remember seeing Liurnia for the first time closed my eyes for a bit and took a deep breath and smiled at the wonderful view.
10:24 the monster entrance 😮😮
This game is a beautiful addiction. Gaining more power and killing the never-ending bosses in this game makes it more mesmerizing and gives you more adrenaline to finish the game but every time it keeps on expanding and gives you more room to play and more room to roam around a beautiful map.
As a gamer all the focus goes in to in-game stuff or fighting your way to progress and you unintentionally don't have the time to appreciate the beauty of the game really. I played this game for over 200hrs now and wow this is the first I really set back, enjoy and appreciate how beautiful this game is.
I really want to see more, with more details and more time spent in each location. ty for the video
When i first looked out into Lunaria area i was blown away with how big everything was. The Acqdemy itself is huge in itself. Deserved goty
The most beautiful game I have ever played. Not the best graphics. The most beautiful.
Graphics is nothing compared to art. For this and for every other game.
@@andreatoppi5627 True. Shadow of the Colossus is another example.
I am excited to see more games from FromSoftware Inc. that can capture the same sense of magic and joy that I experienced while playing this one. It truly felt like a return to my childhood, and I haven't had such a blast playing a game in a long time.
One of the best games in the genre in recent years. Also for me the GOTY 2022. I enjoyed playing it and will probably start again =) Thank you for this beautiful video
Throwing in the Ancestral spirit boss OST fits so well when showcasing the beauty of this epic game
I don’t remember how many ‘selfies’ I took in the Lands in between. I cleared out an area, put on my new costume set, turned around, and take pictures of the most stunning views in every new area. 😂 the photographer tarnished
One of if not the most beautiful and breath-taking game I've ever played. I love games with amazing art direction over graphical fidelity. Would be amazing to have both, but favouring the former both makes the game look more unique and lowers the system requirement.
Hardest boss is your first playthrough, nothing can beat that feeling of seeing this world for the first time.
My first soul is sekiro, but elden ring beautiful exploration,i love open world game
POV: you have the brain cells QuantumTV lacks
It's nice to see a game do well and get praise.
My dude is always covered in blood cuz im suck at dodging
Gfx is not everything. Art is.
Elden Ring should've gone for high graphical fidelity, being a game that wants to impress with their world design. What a let down.
amazing montage, amazing footage, well done
more i look at this more the more "wow really wow" my jaw just drops like it is just insane open world i have ever seen.
The art direction is what truly sets Elden Ring apart. It's got issues with the performance, sure, but you simply can't beat the pure spectacle and scope of what lay before you in the Lands Between.
Next ? Hope to see the beauty of the DLC
One of the few games that got me hooked and that I played through 5 times in just about 1 month.
Its like walking into a painting, such beauty and harmony between different colors. These western games should realize high graphics isnt the point of a game
Wish I could buy this absolute treasure of a game rn
One day! It'll go on sale, and frankly if you don't have a system to play it on, I recommend finding a cheap PS4, you can get them for under $200 used or even refurbished. I think mine was $250 or $300 refurbished 5 years ago.
No love for Caelid, huh? Anyway, beautiful tribute to the greatest game. Thank you, it was a pleasure to watch.
F*ck Caelid bruh
My 1st ever soulsborne game and FromSoft game and now i play all the others even went on to do hitless Malenia thats how much i appreciate this amazing yet challenging game
11:43 this part
Which is this places name???
@Mr Nameless no, it's already Nokron
FromSoft artists are one of the best in the industry., the swords, the armors and clothes, monsters, enviroments, etc.
and since shadows of colussus, I haven't felt so small in a open world.
holy shit! first time I have seen a game have better graphics than Rdr2! this game looks absolutely gorgeous
Joking?
🤔🤔
Rdr2 still has better graphics but Elden Ring is more atmospheric
Graphics and beauty aren’t the same. Elden ring has pretty average graphics, lets be honest, but the art design and beauty of the world is truly incredible
The graphics of elden ring are not better, but looks better because the art direction of this game its out of this world
Most surprise thing about Elden Ring beauty is
You could record random timeline of your gameplay and it will be magicly beautifull (except under lyndell capital xD)
Beautiful!!
You should make the same kind of videos for other games
No deeproot depths? I thought those huge trees were amazing
Every frame of this game feels like a painting, this game feels like a art made by aliens
05.2024.. My first soulgame ever, finished a year ago. the maps & environmental detail are amazing but I'm curious about all the majestic buildings when they were still intact, before the Ring was shaterred & before the war. Surely everything will look very beautiful. Hopefully in DLC all the cities in the game are still intact
The ActMan sent me. He's looking for a new GPU for these Ubisoft Devs.
Can't wait till i get the rx 6650 xt, put together my pc and ill immediately get to play this BEAUTY
I hope George R.R. Martin writes a novel about this.
I just want to tell everyone that buying this game is worth it. It's great to be a gamer and know this game, know the game soul like. and I was so sad to finish the game. Hopefully the upcoming or future will have a great game like this again. Have a nice day thanks
2:19 "Sadly, her heart was broken when Lord Radagon left her."
this is the not only the best game i have ever played it is also the most beatiful open world game i have ever seen.
Its the trees for me. Was zooming in with my telescope in the eternal city, on ps5 running the prioritze framerate option. Every single leaf was animated even from 200 yards. Growing up with super Nintendo, ive noticed with every generation the trees get better. Now they look real, and im here for it.
If Elden Ring's world is even half as immersive as it looks, I'll be glued to my screen for months
? It is immersive lmao
This game is a true masterpiece
13:13 sunset in real time, wow
as a big big fan of fantasy settings in video games, i really really want to be able to play this game bc of that very reason. but im not very good playing souls franchise, its too hard for me, i never get far. so i youtubed it alot, hoping to find new beautiful areas.
You can literally spawn in front of most bosses now so you don't have to go back to a checkpoint.
even a monkey could beat elden ring with the right tools. use spirit summons and meta weapons and the game becomes a cake walk. give it a shot
One of the most gorgeous games ever made. It’s not just the graphics. It’s the art
This world is like a beautiful nightmare
As The Act Man said: "You could take a screenshot of any moment of Elden Ring, and you'll end up with a piece of art"
