Thanks so much, it was really great to work with Tess.
Very pure baroque female voice. Thanks Ms. Mattingly.
Ah Tess, what a longing your voice compells when singing to the caro, the beloved long not seen for long; not weeping and not angry, simply snging to the beloved that is away. Many thanks for sharing.
Ik ontdek bij Voices of Music steeds weer nieuwe juweeltjes. Bedankt!
Excellent! And thank you Tess for not bombarding us with vibrato - something that mars many a performance.
Splendida❤
A wonderful way to start my day on the Isle of Man. Thanks as always.
A perfectly lovely performance by all of you. Thank you for sharing your wonderful performances with those of us who live too far away to attend them live.
Good God. That is incredible (the vocals). How is that even possible?! Thank you for the excellent recording and production values. The recording engineer deserves the highest props.
Unreal. Tess, that was so beautiful. What a great performance by all; but those vocals... WOW! So well done! Thank you for sharing!
A splendid voice Tess, and a real joy to behold. Thank you
I’ve heard many “professional” recordings of Ritorna O Caro. None touches the heart like Tess Mattingly’s interpretation of this aria. Brava. Ms. Mattingly.
Well said!
Thank you! Making this recording was a wonderful experience.
Wonderful voice. We want more of her!
Inspiring performance of this aria from Rodelinda. Especially when one meditates on the text of what Rodelinda is saying. How marvelous that Handel can notate such emotion and longing and how excellent that it is conveyed so well by this group. Well done!
Incredibly beautiful! What a voice, almost perfect and very touching!
So magic and beautiful music!
Thank you!
Amazing Job Tess! Beautifully sung, and irresistibly engaging performance!
What can be said... except STUPENDOUS!!! Handel at his best with an outstanding reading and performance by the Voices of Music and the baroque lushness of Miss Mattingly. I always marvel how Mr. Handle was able to wring so much emotion out of so few notes.
Lovely performance.

A beautiful, first-rate performance. I love how you are obviously feeling and expressing the music with your whole body. Wonderful shaping of phrases, too, and I love that seamless ascent to the high A at the end of the A Section. Brava!
