@@ghaziihammoud6562 I think that he is actually correct. It should have been a foul, as it was a push stroke. I slowed it down to .25x and the cue remains in contact with the cue ball as the cue ball makes contact with the red.
Rule: A push stroke is a foul and is made when the tip of the cue remains in contact with the cue-ball
when the cue-ball makes contact with the object ball.
The exception to the rule is if it is a touching ball and you play away from it, or if the cue ball hits the finest edge of the ball on. That was not the case here.
