For any of you asking how to add textures, you open your files, grab the texture you want (an image) and drag it into whatever Unity folder. Then, drag it onto whatever you want to re-texture/add texture to.

Change the sprites of your choice using Photoshop or paint.net

You can find a texture in the texture2d folder. Than just modify it using a software like paint.net

You can find in unity wiki the keys to enter properly
you don't need to make a new project and put everything in it. you can just extract the files and open it in unity.
