योगी अनूप एक ऐसे आध्यात्मिक गुरु हैं जिन्होंने अपने 38 वर्षों की आध्यात्मिक साधना में आत्म ज्ञान हेतु हठ योग, राजयोग और ज्ञान योग का पूर्ण सहयोग लिया । इन सभी योग के अंगों के माध्यम से समाधि के स्तर को प्राप्त करके आत्म ज्ञान प्राप्त किया । यहाँ तक कि इन्होंने उन सभी यौगिक कलाओं को जिसमें योग , प्राणायाम , ध्यान , प्रत्याहार जैसे माध्यमों से मन मस्तिष्क और देह को स्वस्थ करने में भी सफलता प्राप्त किया । इन्होंने हठ योग, राज योग एवं ज्ञान योग को भी एक प्रकार से चिकित्सीय रंग दिया । आसान और प्राणायाम ही नहीं, बल्कि यम-नियम, प्रत्याहार और धारणा के माध्यम से मन मस्तिष्क और देह को ठीक करने में सफलता पायी ।यहाँ तक कि ज्ञान योग का चिकित्सीय ढंग से अभ्यास को जन्म दे कर शरीर के तंत्रिका तंत्र को ठीक करने का प्रयास किया । योगी अनूप एक ऐसे योगी हैं जिन्होंने ज्ञानेंद्रियों के अभ्यास से मस्तिष्क ही नहीं बल्कि शरीर के कई रोगों को ठीक करने में सफलता पायी है । उनके अनुसार ज्ञानेन्द्रियाँ ही देह की कर्मेन्द्रियों में रोग पैदा करती हैं । यदि ज्ञानेंद्रियों के तनाव को पूर्ण रूप से नियंत्रित और शांत कर दिया जाये तो कर्मेन्द्रियाँ स्वस्थ हो जाती हैं । यहाँ तक कि सभी अंगों का स्वास्थ्य ज्ञानेंद्रियों से होते हुए कर्मेन्द्रियों पर और कर्मेन्द्रियों से होते हुए शरीर के अंगों पर आकर गिरता है ।
योगी अनूप के अनुसार रोगों के जन्म का प्रारंभ की यह कड़ी है जो निम्नलिखित है -मन -पाँच ज्ञानेन्द्रियाँ - पाँच कर्मेन्द्रियाँ - इसके बाद शरीर के अंगों पर दुष्प्रभाव ।
इन्होंने मन और इंद्रियों पर इतने सूक्ष्म अध्ययन करके मन और शरीर की बीमारियों को ठीक करने का प्रयास किया । इनका कहना है कि व्यक्ति जब तब आत्मोत्थान नहीं करता तब तक वह स्वयं को ठीक नहीं कर सकता है । इसीलिए योगी अनूप के अनुसार समस्त ऋषियों का मूल उद्देश्य आत्म ज्ञान तक के सफ़र में देह और मस्तिष्क को भी ठीक करना था ।
इन्होंने अपने आत्मज्ञान से मन, मस्तिष्क और देह के कई ऐसे रोगों को ठीक किया जिससे इनका स्वयं का ही विकास नहीं बल्कि संपूर्ण मानव समाज का विकास हुआ ।
योगी अनूप ने साथ साथ योग, प्राणायाम और ध्यान में कई कलाओं को रोगियों के प्रकृति के आधार पर विकसित किया और उसका परिणाम यहाँ तक आधुनिक चिकित्सा विज्ञान से भी शीघ्र हुआ । उन्होंने अब तक लगभग 30 हज़ार शिष्यों के साथ प्रत्यक्ष रूप से संपर्क बनाकर उन्हें ठीक करने का प्रयास किया । योगी अनूप बचपन से ही क्रिया योगी रहे हैं और उन्होंने क्रिया योग के माध्यम में भी कई ऐसे कलाओं को जन्म दिया जिससे आत्म संतोष व आत्म ज्ञान ही नहीं बल्कि शरीर और मस्तिष्क के रोगों को ठीक किया जा सकता है ।
Yogi Anoop is a spiritual guru who, in his 38 years of spiritual practice, embraced Hatha Yoga, Raja Yoga, and Jnana Yoga to attain self-realization. Through the practices of these yoga disciplines, he achieved a state of meditation and gained self-knowledge. He not only succeeded in practices like yoga, pranayama, meditation, and pratyahara to improve the mind, brain, and body but also gave a therapeutic dimension to Hatha Yoga, Raja Yoga, and Jnana Yoga. Success was achieved in healing the mind, brain, and body through practices like Yama-Niyama, pratyahara, and dharana.
According to Yogi Anoop, diseases originate in the mind and senses and affect the body's organs after that. He conducted detailed studies of the mind and senses to work towards healing mental and physical ailments. He believes that a person cannot truly heal themselves until they embark on the journey of self-realization. Thus, the ultimate goal of all sages, according to Yogi Anoop, was to heal the body and mind while on the path to self-knowledge.
Yogi Anoop has personally connected with approximately 17,000 disciples, working to heal and guide them. He has been a practitioner of Kriya Yoga since childhood, introducing many aspects of this discipline that not only lead to self-contentment and self-knowledge but also address physical and mental health issues.

Waheguru jioji, Kya baat...really the way of explaining in the context of differencing among the mahadosas of vatt, pitta and kaupha. Already awareness of these different types of pranyamas, but not like this how these should be done by the different types of patients.

I am pitta dominated .m believe in yoga,pranayama what type of excercise I should do ? M doing meditation n heart rate is running in 56 per minute. After mediation
Can I do Surya namaskar to increase heart rate in place of walking since I am doing pranayama, mediation , anolom vilom , touching my knee to heart. On an average I spend 1 hrs for my self doing all the above earlier my pulse rate was 60 per min. N now since I implemented meditation it is 56 per min.n I am pitta dosha pls advice can I do Surya namaskar or not necessary for me

doing pranayam regularly since last four years but the problem of throat allergy and acidity still is the same and increasing day by day.
Sir avoid milk and milk products, can take butter milk if needed, and avoid ground nuts..Just try for 2 to 3 weeks and see the result

बिल्कुल गलत बताया आपने।भस्त्रिका प्राणायाम का अविष्कार तब हुआ जब दौड़ने की प्रक्रिया दुनिया मे आयी नहीं थी।।और भस्त्रिका करने के बाद स्वतः केवल कुम्भक लग जाता है।यानी सांस का आवागमन रूक जाता है।और दौड़ते समय हमारी सांसे बहोत तेज़ होती हैं।दोनो में ज़मीन आसमान का अंतर है।कृपया बेवकूफ ना बनाये।
