i like how, what id assume to be the lifeboat, is specifically accessible by the bridge and not the deck
Its an MOB Boat, to rescue people who fall overboard, and ofc for smaller missions like delivering spare parts to other ships
The builder's were thinking the opposite of captain goes down with the ship
The crane in the front is to heave proviant(Food,water,siggarets,) and boxes for the fish packing boxes. And to empty the cargo from the front when you come to harbor

I work on a boat like this in real life and the crane on the front is to load pallets and other stuff needed for packing and freezing fish.
i can tell you from my experiences from working at sea, if you want stairs or ladders just ask the engineers onboard. if you have high enough influence and friendship, they will build it, eaven if you are a common deck worker
You know what this game needs it needs an update to where the ships you buy as you hire crew and you get another boat you put an employee on that that The last ship you had and they make you money
I think that would make the game better

enjoy your vids of this game alot, i have about 60 hours in myself. you were close on dumping crew to maximize profit but missed sell catch button in green next to on board that would have sold your catch without needing a crew. happy new year

I have the ocean runner and I deep line tuna and I get about 700,000 of 20 nets when I can put 40 in
I got same boat and 40 lines and get around 1.8mln
I found it hard to fish whit, sold it again

I like this game but it feels lacking when i compare it to the mobile knock off version formally named UCaptain (now simply called Ship Simulator). Sure the graphics are better in this game but loses in literally every other category. The mobile knockoff even lets you set the roughness of the ocean and it's really fun turning the waves up to max. And this isn't the only example i have of a mobile knockoff game being better that the game its biting from.
