Thank you so much for sharing the video. I received my Goigt Riser very quickly from Germany (I'm in California, US). The riser is very high quality, installed was easy, but mine took longer because my Rebel is an 1100T model, so I had to remove the fairing and bracket. It is so comfortable with the riser installed (specially for my short arms), a pretty good upgrade. Thanks again.
Thanks for the feed back really means a lot. Hope you subscribed lol any more videos on the rebel you want just let me know
🇺🇸 Hello from the USA, this is an awesome video!! Very informative, detailed and concise. Fortunately I was able to just tilt my bar’s back a hair and they’re fine now. However, I have liked, subscribed and saved this video in case I would need to add risers in the future. Great job!
I have just measured the diameter of my bars on my Rebel manual, they measure 25mm. Mentioning because one of your commentators said they were 22mm.
You should always cover your tank when working on it . Does look better uncovered for the video I would agree
Thanks for sharing!
good night. I can't see the store where you bought them. please can you tell me. thank you
🇺🇸 Hi again, I just ordered a set of risers for my bike and I’m just wondering how tall you are, and by any chance do you know your arm length!?! I am 6ft tall with an arm length of about 27.5 inches. You seem to fit comfortably on your bike now after watching this video for the second time. Thank you. 👍
Hi mate. So I'm 5'9 3/4 lol and arm pit to finger tip is 28" hope this helps. I mean it's only 30mm it's easy to do and it does make a massive difference on your lover back. Ever since I done it I've had no issues and I've travelled round Europe and off to Scotland next week
The link does not work anymore, wonder if u can still get those risers?
direct link does not work _ search through maker then model cmx1100 two listed one with 25mm offset and one with 30mm offset difference in price also 99 euro is about £100
Are cables long enough to install taller bars?
I would say 30mm would be the max you can do with the standard cables in the original positions
How tall are you? How was riding since you installed the risers? Are they making a difference in terms of how long you can ride without discomfort?
I am 5ft 10 and since the replacement I haven't had any lower back pain at all. Done a good few miles on it too. We'll worth the investment
How the hell did you have so much wire slack to your gauge display? I am struggling to get my display even remotely close to that high up.
If I remember correctly. There is a clamp a bit further down. If you loosen that you get a good amount extra. Good luck with it❤
Get Rox 4-inch *pivotal* risers and replace this poo poo that you installed.
You'll need to re-rout front brake line, so the hose comes closer to handle bar, it's easy to do, just move the whole reservoir around until brake line is free. And if you have DCT, same stands for parking brake assembly.
I don't want 4 inch risers but if I do I'll look Into it. Thanks.
Where did you order the risers from??

30mm and if you have the batwing fairing you need the extra brackets
What exhaust?
Check out my other videos there is one on the exhaust.
Rebel 500 uses a 7/8" handle bar. Thats a 22 mm
if you carnt do it daddy will pay for you to take it to a garage
