Looks great. I was impressed until you showed the sticker price. $53k? At that price I would think about looking at luxury brands. You know as soon as you drive that Blazer off the lot, it's worth 30k
The RS is literally just an appearance package. Can get basically the same thing for under $45k in non-RS trim.
They raised them by 10k since last year thats why they aint selling
We bought a RS last week. $45K out the door. With the 308HP motor. It's pretty badass.
I was going to say after looking at that MSRP I would just better off buying a luxury SUV crossover
@@donniehelmly4920 You got scammed mah boi
if chevy were to give it a v8 oh my god it'd sell so quick
So sick of "cross-over's"... Just build a mid size truck/suv.
Yeah! Gimme the Jimmy!
Oh my. You are describing a rolling garbage can. The "piping" on the seats and the "red stitching" do not impress. Looks like a cheap imitation of a wannabe Japanese crossover. The Blazer in it's Full-Size and S-10 configuration was a Blazer. It is an abomination that Chevy violated the name of a great vehicle for a crossover.
Dude, the engine and HP is more then sufficient, that’s not the issue. The damn price! $53k. Wtf! This should be a $42k car. Chevy is smoking crack!
The main disappointment in the Blazer is that it isn't an offroad SUV. If they are trying to make it a camaro-like sports crossover, they should offer a Blazer SS with a supercharged 3.6L
Naw the 3.6 is perfectly matched to the Blazer. I had one as a rental for 3 months and was consistently impressed by the performance it offered. Much quicker than you’d think and better than EPA rated mpg.
Did you like it? Would you buy one
@@Jennifer-in4us the one i had was super glitchy tech-wise. Apple carplay would constantly have issues and the infotainment screen even not on carplay had problems too. Also the LED lights were pretty unimpressive for being LED. The engine and powertrain were good and the ride was pretty comfortable, but you could tell the build quality was mediocre. So overall no Id pass.
You will definitely not blaze any trail on this vehicle...
Definitely needs an SS version...
This will be my dream SUV! Great job Ben.
They have shitty Radiators leaking from seams save yourself the stress
I think they should make it like the old Blazer to compete with the Bronco.
Being a city blazer not doing anything for yah.
I think more power on the car would be pretty good 😊
The Chevy blazer is one of the vehicles that I'm generally confused by. Even though it's well equipped it consistently gets ranked towards the bottom of most automotive journalist lists.
The most overpriced vehicle on the road. Dear god what were they thinking?! 🤦🏻♂️
Kind of funny watching the drive with snow in August 😊 lv the car 🚗
I just bought mine a week ago and I absolutely LOVE this vehicle!!! Sticker was $51 and some change and totally worth it.
$53K for a chevy?!
I don’t need high power engine ! I need a depending vehicle and gas savings with v6 power.
2023 Chevrolet Blazer RS AWD!
I’m surprised Chevy has done little do nothing since this gen dropped
aw man no regular mode im a 33 year old regular driver
Way moe power!!
I have an extra 5.3lt. Just needs some machining. I'd look into doing a swap after an upgraded valve train was thrown in.
I'm from Brazil and I'm starting my channel about my equinox.peace for all
Sorry but GM really missed the mark by naming this a "Blazer"... what a wasted opportunity once again for GM.
I still have my 2002 Blazer with the 4.3 Vortec... imagine what they could have done with that engine.
100 hp more than a crv
Thinking that the Chevy blazer, Toyota Highlander, Subaru Forester/ Outback or Kia Telluride, Kia Sorento is going to be my car in the next 5 years. And I agree that the Blazer should be a performance SUV!
needs a 6.2
53k for this s$it? 🤭 I can get an RDX for cheaper
Are the tail lights and reverse lights led? Seems like some people never mention, I would like if they were led.
Next time slow down showing the vehicle & you should have gotten on the hwy
The front end looks bad headlights are where the fog lights would be. Blazer doesn't need power
Too expensive
Use that auto start stop at your own risk. My friend was in an accident because when he went from brake to gas it never came on on was rear ended.
Sorry, I fell asleep... What's this again?
Yes the Blazer needs more power also the xt5 and xt6 from Cadillac
SUGGESTION: TWIN TURBO V6 AND A T56 MANUAL TRANSMISSION.
What this shitty suv needs is a better RADIATOR, why isnt anyone talking about the trash Radiators they put in these vehicles??? I'm on my 2nd needing a 3rd and it's a 2021 Blazer 3LT shouldve just kept driving my bucket and kept my money
like it.... but the price $53k cant wait to see the blazer EV
6:07 he got so excited 😂😂😂
SUGGESTION: REDLINE EDITION.
I LOVE IT. PERFECT FOR A DAILY DRIVER.
53k nah I’m good
i think they should option it with 4wd again, can have fwd, awd, or 4wd
Mine is AWD
Made in Mexico 🗑
53K is probably 15K overpriced. At 53K I would look at Lexus or Acura...
It's a really cool looking vehicle and I'm very impressed with how Chevrolet has updated their vehicles especially on the Chevy Blazer. But with that said they're not offering you anything that you couldn't get in a Kia. Of the almost the same type of platform. What I mean by that is all the ergonomics that you have in this Chevy you can find all the same thing in a Kia In fact it looks a lot like what Kia does which tells me something about Chevy Chevy has to because their market share is not as good as the key is that I see all over the road
Would you consider Kia reliable?
@@jeromeseguin3530 I have a 2012 Kia soul Plus 2.0 . Has 130,000 mi on it. I have had some issues with it. I would say at this point it is an okay car does not get the MPG like a 4-cylinder of its size. In fact it only gets 21 mi to a gallon on the highway. Even with premium fuel. And it's never been revved it's never been raced around. It is garage has had all of its oil changes all of its maintenance just like what Kia wants from a Kia dealership. Has had some mechanical issues. But for the price of what I paid for it it's not a Honda. It's not a Toyota. It's a Kia. I would say that it has lasted longer than most other Kia's from the previous years before it. It's an okay car. It's motor has started making this weird ticking noise at 90,000 mi. And it has continued to get worse over time. Is it still running Yes. Reliable you can turn the key and go. But it has been in a shop like I said a few times for issues like transmission timing belts other things like that. But they got I had gotten the extended warranty and all this other stuff was paid so that was fine.
