Another great job Donald! The customer even said "Thank you so much." which is pretty cool of them. That was really really stupid of whoever built that shelving unit to cover over the utility access like that! No way you could clear it from there and even if you did, you would have just gotten sewage all over the shelves and customer items.... woof. Glad to see you got it though! Good job and God bless ya!

I have seen clean outs/ manholes paved over, buried under dirt and grass, covered with decking, etc. But, I have not seen one built over with shelving. 🤦♀️ Good one Donald! That was a heavy blockage.

I don't think I have ever seen a pint sized Bilko door like that.
Bilco doors are made to order. No such thing as standard.
@@jd3497 Those doors come in many "standard" sizes, but they can be had in just about any size if you are willing to wait for a special order. The businesses I was in for almost 40 years put me in many basements on a daily basis, which is why I said I had never seen one this size before. It's just unusual, that's all.

I could have been more like soap scum or grease, maybe even broken pieces of pipes when they cut and replaced probably fell in from smarty pants who built a shelf over, because the cable did snap couple of times as if something hard down there but I can't tell without accessing the trap. And it was tissue. You can see 3 boxes on the floor next to the paper towels when I was removing the tissue from the cables 😉
@@NYDRAINS Another thing on my list to have no where near a toilet, grand babies and toys don't count cause they go search for those and think it's funny to see them swirling around....
