- Scott Ritter is a former Marine intelligence officer who served in the former Soviet Union, implementing arms control agreements, and on the staff of General Norman Schwartzkopf during the Gulf War, where he played a critical role in the hunt for Iraqi SCUD missiles. From 1991 until 1998, Mr. Ritter served as a Chief Inspector for the United Nations in Iraq, leading the search for Iraq’s proscribed weapons of mass destruction. Mr. Ritter was a vocal critic of the American decision to go to war with Iraq. His new book, Disarmament in the Time of Perestroika: Arms Control and the End of the Soviet Union, is his ninth.

What nobody is discussing is the astonishing stranger than fiction fact which has emerged by the bizarre and strange way Armies in Middle East countries in general operate and it is irrelevant and the resistance are only real soldiers. When here in India if China the Super Power makes a move to go inside Indian territory then Indian Army starts moving to border fully prepared for war to not allow China to even enter an inch inside Indian territory same happens when India tries to move inside Pakistan territory Pakistan’s army makes moves to not allow India to move even an inch in its territory even if India says your people are spreading terrorism and attacked us Pakistan never says come kill them but don’t do anything to us instead Pakistan gets ready for full blown war and nothing is for show because if pushed the countries defending are ready to go to war without even a shred of doubt or second thought irrespective of who is doing incursion irrespective of all being nuclear powers and understanding what can happen. But in Middle East river flows in opposite direction as seen during this conflict the astonishing fact have emerged by seeing the way Egypt, Lebanon , Jordan, Qatar etc. behave it seems Middle East army job is not to defend their country even when the enemy is breaching their territory but it is to make way and supply water and do cleaning jobs for those who attack their countries and let their civilians killed as if it is doable and they keep standing in sidelines watching as if they are already defeated by enemy before even fighting and resistance are the real warriors in the Middle East who try to defend their land and civilians. In Lebanon it is Lebanon army who needs to declare war on Israelis and not just Hezbollah but instead Lebanese army seems already preparing to provide water and snacks to Israelis and saying we did not did it Hezbollah who are citizens of Lebanon did it so now you go and do whatever you want and you can kill and displace as many civilians of ours you want and we will watch and stand away and you can kill as many soldiers of ours as you can without even they fighting. What kind of system of army is in Middle East did they not see how a country’s army behaves in the rest of the world ????. We have never seen and know there never can be work from home job for Army soldiers but Middle East should think about it because they can only make that happen
