  • Bananko cake is a creamy banana-flavored cake.
    You can make it in a ø24 or ø25 mold without changing the amount of ingredients, and you can also make it in a rectangular mold and turn the cake into a cake🤗
    Bake the biscuit for 20 minutes, depending on the size of the mold.
    It is best to insert a wooden stick or a toothpick into the center of the biscuit a minute before the end of baking and check if it is cooked. If the stick comes out dry, then the biscuit is ready, and if it is not, then bake it for another minute.
    The dressing with which the hot sponge cake is poured must be boiled briefly, it is enough to just boil and then immediately pour over the sponge cake.
    You can put the glaze with chocolates as you wish, for me it's best when I mix milk chocolate with cooking chocolate.
    Ingredients
    3 spoons of smooth flour
    2 spoons of cocoa
    6 eggs
    6 spoons of sugar
    1 vanilla sugar
    1 baking powder
    100 ml of water
    100g of powdered sugar
    125g margarine with vanilla flavor
    2 vanilla puddings
    500 ml of milk
    15ml of banana flavor (1 whole bottle)
    300g of cream for whipped cream
    200g of cooking chocolate
    100g of milk chocolate
