I just made this for my first macrame project and I can’t believe how the end product came out! So so impressed and really grateful for this wonderful tutorial!! X
Thanks for the tutorial! I've just finished mine. I used 2mm cords so I added a few rows and since I used the measures for thicker cords, I have enough leftovers for my next owl
@@nerdyaddy5286 ages! 😅 But I can't tell how many hours. I worked an hour here, an hour there ... Not in one session. Turned out, that with the thinner cords it was too small for a bag, so now it's up the ceiling containing a plant pot and it looks fine 🙂
If I were to use recycled tee-shirt cord (from 3mm to if stretched could be 2mm I would think) instead of the 4mm cord how much would the measurements be altered do you think….
Thank you so much Helen! Such a shame to only have responded now. Nonetheless, yes it would not make much difference so 4mm twisted cord will definitely work for this project. :)
Hello! Thank you for tuning in.💖 I’m not very sure as I haven’t worked with 5mm before. I would have to guess adding 20% more of the total length measurement.
Hi! Natália, thank you for your question. :) Here's the dimension for your reference: approx height 32cm, width 33cm, depth 10cm, strap length 50cm (shoulder)
I am so enjoying making this bag. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and creativity with us 🥰

Hello, looks great, just wondering how much cord I’ll need and what type of cord you used please?
If I were to use recycled tee-shirt cord (from 3mm to if stretched could be 2mm I would think) instead of the 4mm cord how much would the measurements be altered do you think….
Would this work with 4mm lurex cords ?

Is very nice. If I use 4mm twisted cord, is it the same measurement as braided?
Thank you so much Helen! Such a shame to only have responded now. Nonetheless, yes it would not make much difference so 4mm twisted cord will definitely work for this project. :)

Hi! Where are those clips from?
They are bag sealing clips from Ikea. :)

This tutorial gets a bit confusing, especially towards the end.
