Plus after looking into Convergence, it does kind of show that if the Crisis on Infinite Earths hadn't happened, they would've been together in the Pre-Crisis Earth 1.
If you don't know many others that love the Teen Titans, then you haven't been looking. Faust, love the vid, you don't realize how many consider the Teen Titans in leagues above the Justice League. So many Gen x and Millennials love the teen titans and would follow all of the lives of the team members even after the split. It's as you said, the comics revolutionized writing styles all together and gave a generation some superheros to follow on their own instead of inheriting the previous generations' set. Characters that are fallible are way more interesting than characters who always show perfection. Keep up the vids man

Teen Titans Vol 3 is the best and my all time favorite series, I read through the entire series and Tim Drake is my favorite Robin in the series, I really loved how members left and came back, members that died and got resurrected and the finale battle they had with Superboy-Prime
When I first dabbled in comics when I was 10-12 I only would read Marv Wolfman and George Perez's runs from a small comic shop. When we moved and they closed down, I went to A-1 Comics, and it was amazing. I started collecting the Post Graduation Day volumes and I instantly fell in love, and then I got the first two issues of Scott Lobdell's run, I did enjoy it a lot, but now that you mention it, it does miss that kind of drama point, and is more like non-stop action storylines, and it felt like it was an always shifting team that had no good end results. I did love the characters though like always, but wish they did more as a family than they actually did as a team.
The 1980s - 2011 run of the Titans. I do prefer the art style and action from the new 52 but its missing the drama and the heart from previous incarnation. The breakup of Starfire and Nightwing was hard but it was kind of expected. With Nightwing solely devoted in training and becoming a better spy, crime-fighter, detective and police. Plus, he kept going back to Babs. And, Starfire marrying not once but twice for her nation Planet, their relationship was doomed.
I love the teen titans/ titans and live your videos on them. But I just have to say you have to understand the perspective the ones who grew up with the show. I did, its the reason I reed the comics. You have to know how fan base can be when it comes to ships. Hell even for me Dick Grayson and Starfire still feels right like they should be together but that's me and I understand it will mostly not happen anytime soon in the mean continuity. But I have the Kingdom come universe, that does have Dick and Starfire get married and have a daughter together. So you can say there not meant to be, the writers can say there not meant to be. But that will not stop fans. You have to try to understand that. Not everyone will show the amount of respect and love for characters as much as you would or I would by knowing the characters. Ether way great video man.

If the current series was based around completely new characters and a completely new team, I would probably really enjoy the comic...but because there's this whole context with the Teen Titans and the original intent on creating this in the first place, it certainly makes this new run of the series subpar compared to that. I'm for sure looking forward to Titan's Hunt and Raven's solo mini series next year! Hopefully they won't be a let down and will be reminiscent of the old Titans I've come to know and love before the New 52.
That was a great video. Right now I'm reading the Tales of the Teen Titans. And I think it was one of the best comic series. But what I would like to see in the future is Starfire and Dick giving one more change.
Vol 3 was my favorite too, and I really liked the 2008 Titans run until about issue 18-ish where they suddenly all began to leave one by one. I think keeping the run going even after most of them were gone was kind of dumb, especially if the series' point was to unify them like the old days.

probably Geoff Johns' run of Teen Titans and Jeff Lemire's graphic novel Teen Titans Earth One(did you forget about that one?) I think they both capture what the Titans are supposed to be, and I agree I hope one day the Titans can relive their glory days and I can finally pick up a Titans title that's worth picking up every week I wanna see a Titans book the DC will think it's worth putting a good art team after every arc like they do with the Justice League hopefully someday

The only problem with the Starfire Nightwing romance well done ending in Titans is it seems the message is a bit ignored in the Justice League of America run before the New 52. Where Dick Grayson who was Batman at the time, and Starfire were part of the newly formed JLA. Starfire leaves the team relatively fast, seemingly because she still have feelings for Grayson and cannot be on a team with him. It seems other writers ignored that part of the Titans comic. If I'm mistaken on something someone please let me know.
The incarnation Teen Titans that I'm interested is the The New Teen Titans, The Titans, Team Titans, and Teen Titans. The generation that I like will be the Titans and The New Titans.

They can stick to the canon, or do their own thing. They can dabble in doing both. Share their ideas and creativity. That's what fandoms are. I've spent the past week reading the Geoff Johns Teen Titans V3. Its pretty great 80 issues in Probably one of my favorite comic series now. Kid Devil and Ravager are my favorite characters. BUT is sucks cause once I finish this I probably won't like the Nu52 versions.
