所以重點在找對合適的 裝修公司，租務管理公司等。在 UKPOA forum 有一些相關公司介紹。但很多時在物業買賣過程中，代理（sourcing agent, sales agent 等）會推介另一些公司處理，除了貨比三家外（可能涉及時間因素），有否其他方法可以令到買家更容易掌握是否找對合適公司處理所需工作？

I would like to make mortgage now to finance more buy-to-let purchasing coming. As I don't have any other income salary, so far i can't make successfully in applying mortgage. Is it possible to make mortgage now? Thanks for your kind advice.
