The first stream starts at 11pm with a countdown, before the episode premieres an hour later at 12am. Then at 12pm (13 hours after 11pm), there is a re-broadcast.

Ummm you know that 12am on 9th is one hour later from 11pm on 8th , so you have to stay awake and watch the stream , you can't go to sleep , tommorrow is the re boradcast which might or might not give the cards . The actual stream starts at 12am not 11 am , 11 Am comes after 12 am .
