Honestly, sometimes it takes longer for bone bruising to heal to 100% than it takes for a fracture to heal. I know that sounds crazy but I’ve had fractures heal in 6 weeks and bone bruising take over 3 months before the weak/painful feeling completely go away.
Tried telling y’all after him missing 2 weeks it was bone spur or fracture. He’s skinny and if it hurts that bad with impact it’s def more than a bruise
Tucker did absolutely nothing to help win games in the playoffs He had 4 hits the entire last postseason Now when he comes back he will start slow and will have no positive impact Trade Tucker now before he demands $300 million underserved dollars

Trade him! He's worth a lot right now but he won't be helping us and this 2nd half of the schedule is not easy. For someone like Tucker we can get some BIG names in return with a year or 2 of control and maybe even resign them. I want to keep him and build around him but maybe it's just not going to happen so this is the time to do it. Crochet, Luis Roberts, Peredes, Arozarea, Diaz, Bellinger all become available for someone like Tucker.

Not much conditioning you could do to prevent a baseball from bouncing off the dirt into your shin. You could wear shin guards.
