He's the only one on live pd who actually EXPLAINS the outcomes for possession of a stolen vehicle, with whether they knew or not. Unlike some of these other clips I seen of a stolen vehicle, they arrested them on sight despite the circumstances..

You can charge someone with possession of a stolen vehicle even if they didn’t know it was stolen, cops do it all the time. That driver could have been arrested 🤷🏻♀️

I was surprised they didn’t hit him for possession of stolen car... I know he explained why, but that’s never stopped them before, they always say “tell it to the judge” or “save it for the trial”.... so I was shocked he didn’t just tag him n let him argue it in court like they normally do.... interesting.
His explanation of if he can charge either of these 2 is interesting....I am sure he must be correct but interesting none the less..
Shoulda asked to check the car before handing it over, lord knows how much crack that guy coulda hid..
