An interesting detail you decided to put in was the movement of the limbs of the character as if dancing or at least intentionally doing movements instead of random flailing. Fantastic job on everything else as well.
you can ask me :) new versions of line rider have pause, live physics update, and a line adjustment tool, so I was able to tweak things and see the results in real time instead of the old inefficient method of pure trial-and-error.

As a matter of fact, yes it does. It's entirely due to a quirk of the physics engine, in fact. It's complicated and I can't fully explain here, but basically it has to do with exploiting the fact that a line is a one sided surface and using it to shunt bosch's different parts around as he moves.
