Hi y'all. Lot of oil in Texas I can't tell Canadian from Californian accents appart of the Kardassians' but the Southern accent is evident in things like those 'll, at least to my ears
That's right, and it took me hours to practice following this video and comparing it to the video that native person spoke with and didn't understand why it was different. Hmm
@@tarlespeech mmm...What exactly do you mean when you say "Did you find...." ? If I take it literally, I'd answer "Yes, I found the video "Wander and Wonder" , that's the reason I'm here ....but...I think it's not a right interpretation. Should I to understand "Did you find..." as "Did you understand..." or "Did you like..." as well? In both cases, the answer would be "YES" , :-) . Thanks!

Though I think you should have pointed out that it is NEVER said like this. This is the "proper" pronunciation but people never say the I with that much of an I sound. It usually contracts to somewhere of an e or short a sound almost, I personally say it basically the exact same as "all" a lot of the time. Even in slow, clear speech they don't ever say it with an I sound.
It is almost always further reduced to "al". the "y" sound is also dropped. And it took me hours to practice following this video and comparing it to the video that native person spoke with and didn't understand why it was different. Hmm
Most people make the L very subtlety when they link will and we. But if you struggle with L/R I suggest that you say Will with a strong l made by touching the top of the tongue to the back of the top front teeth. Hold it there a second. Then move to we.
@@tarlespeech And that's confusing because to me they don't sound the same, "a" in "all" to me sounds more like /ɔ/ and in "I'll" it sounds more like /ɑ/
you forgot to explain its pronunciation in common sentences, people can be confused I'll alone with I'll in a sentence. overall, thank you for the content you share with us :)
Hello and welcome! English rhythm is very different than Portuguese. Listen to the vowel length, it varies in English. I recommend just listening to my videos first, then try to repeat slowly. You can also try humming to imitate the beats/vowel length in English instead of trying to say the word. This helps you learn vowel length differences. Good luck!
