yes, if you have the dual sim version (HK or China dual sim version). the nice thing about dual sims is you don't have to swap while traveling and can keep your foreign number on to receive incoming calls while you're in the other country.

I have Pro 13 in US. You can use 1 e-sim and 1 physical sim card. I currently have a physical sim card and there is an option in settings to convert to e-sim. The slot will then be free to use a sim card from another country.

yeah, if you have the SIM+eSIM version, and the esim is your current number, you can use the free physical slot for another card.
