Thanks for posting this deal on FB! I saw that and placed 3 Bopis orders. Though I regret not putting in just one more! I got several Danbury Shortbread and a couple others.
Well you know you are definitely helping their conversion and sales so I’m sure they appreciate your orders! I even try to pick up something cheap when I pick up my orders. You know even going in and out of the store without buying something can mess up their conversion rate. Because it’s not just the amount of the sales but the rate per person. I had just got a few candles on Easter at the flash sale with a coupon so I only did 2 orders or 4 candles this time. And you know I like doing BOPIS because it’s like holding them while you think about it before you actually pick them up!
I was wondering if just going in for bopis and not buying something still messes up their conversion. I don't even like when dab or irish joins me in the store as I know that lowers their conversion too. What 4 candles did you pick up?
