Dude this was hyper informative. The title of your video didn't do justice to the fact that you also cover the differences in using the remix feature in test versus v3. Thanks a bunch man.
Thank you my brother! I really appreciate your kind words... 💙
Totally agree 👍
You really know how to make informative, clear, precise vids. Thx!
Thanks! Amazing information! You are loved! Happy New Year!
thanks for this!
Best Midjourney content on youtube hands down!!
It's a very interesting watch. Thanks for the thorough explanation cyankatana.
Glad you enjoyed it!
First time I see someone seriously addressing the question of WORKFLOW! I've watched countless MJ/SD videos to date, and this one is a breakthrough for me. Super appreciate it!
Some of the BEST TUTORIALS I have seen! You make things easy that previously seemed too hard for me to deal with. I look forward to more. Keep up the good work.
Thanks for your kind words Edward 💙

Your last 3 videos have been some of the best Midjourney content I have seen. Hits way better than your average tutorial, and the way you present and walk through your workflow is amazing. Seriously keep it up. Instant subscribe.
Thank you Null0, appreciate your kind words. Another big video coming tomorrow!
Nice use of the new feature. And a great way to illustrate the power Midge has given us.
Midge is incredible 💙
Thank you for watching!
Very clear and informative. The images worked really well too. Been using Remix but didn’t know that changing back to -v3 made such a difference. Thanks for the tutorial. 😊
Thank you for watching! Another in-depth video on REMIX will be out tomorrow. That will focus on Advanced Character Design.
I'm so glad just to have acknowledgment of that purple tint. I was beginning to think it was just me and saw no mentions anywhere else, much less explanations.
Thanks from France ! your explanations, your pronunciation and your voice are clear, it's rare and it's really nice 🙂🍻
Thank you Yann - I really appreciate your kind words!
Fantastic! Thank you so much.
Thank you for watching!
Thank you for information.
You're most welcome my friend
@@cyankatana I still didn't think of good name for my channel 😕like we talked in discord.
your videos are fantastic. i would love if you could do an explanation video on how to get the desired shot from close-up to long shot.
Thank you! I'll look into it :)
I love your vids!
Thank you Chefrany! 💙
Great tutorial :)
Thanks!
Good work! Tnx...
Thanks for watching!
Look at you growing fast bro 😀
💙
Very cool
Thanks!
Thanks so much for this! Just what I was looking for. Is it possible to remix a render that's already been upscaled?
Absolutely. You just need to copy paste the job ID from Midjourney's website. Type /show in Discord, paste the job ID and you can start REMIXing!
Did something change with the v4 release? I am not seeing a remaster option , is "remaster" just doing a variation ("make variations") with the remix setting enabled and adding --test parameter to the end?
How do I change the angle, such as left view, right view, any angle I want
Very nice thanx \o/
Thanks for watching!
Omg nice, i was just trying to get "Skyscale or Asura male" from GW 2 aswell, but i couldnt, how did u make your Sylvarii so good looking? ( I typed this prompt: unreal engine, ambient lighting, character design portrait, asura male, Guild Wars 2 --ar 2:3)... And i dont get an Asura at all ever :/ Do you know what i should do to really notice Asura race? Thanks a lot!
I just checked the database and it should work! Try to start your prompt with "character design asura guild wars 2"... and maybe add some words to describe the main features of an Asura. For example, to create my Sylvari I added "nature growing on skin". Hope this helps!
Wow!
I spent a plenty of processor time just because change some little things.
And I tried to generate new images, just because the first was almost good, but not enough. But of course all image is unique, so I had no hope to have the same again...
(and how many time I just forgot the size, tile or something small but important things)
Yep! An amazing tool. Midjourney is going places...
expecting the part two 😀
Brainstorming
Isn't it always v3 if that's what is chosen in your settings?
Adding --test & --testp to your prompt overrides the v3 set in settings
AMAZING CONTENT AUTO SUBS, LIKE AND WATCH ALL OF YOUR VIDEO!!!!
cool but don't know what to use it for , would be nice if I could remix the camera .. 2 steps forward ... 5 steps back
Interesting idea! I'll play around with that...
You can use it for anything. Edit your character, materials, colours, backgrounds your imagination is the limit. I'll play around and potentially make a video on interesting use cases.

Mine still looked pretty good at the age of 280! I called him, Elon Musk.
Yeah not too many references of 280 year olds haha
3:00 at 15 you could have specified the gender "teenage boy" to keep him looking male all the way.
Yeah, you're absolutely right! When I started making this sequence I didn't have a preference in gender and I just rolled with it. The fact that Midjourney has kept the character male along the way without even specifying it shows the power of this tool.
