Does the dress stay in place when you wear it and move around? I feel like the top would shift downward and would only (kinda) stay up if you laced the back tightly...
Have you tried/worn any of Lady Sloth's dresses? She makes really lovely dresses, skirts, and blouses (and ofc accessories to match). She also have those extra touches you mentioned, and some of her dresses come in more vibrant colours.
I love how you wear lolita style out and about, you rock it! I'm curious though...do you still wear layers of petticoats and long blouses in summer? Does it not get too hot?
I'm no tailor but the whole chest area somewhat looks strange. As if the dress were 1 size too small. Especially at the arms it looks really tight. Can you reach your arms out to the front without the dress ripping?
Menis Ponster looking at the dress on her that is a near perfect fit. It hugs her body just enough, plus when she shows the back the shirring isn't over stretched another sign it fits really well. We live in a world were it is rare to see perfectly tailored garments that when we see one it almost looks off.
The dress is really cute. I wonder how it looks like without the white shirt. It would show too much skin for lolita fashion but who cares about rulez :D
Luffy3D2Y It might be possible if a little jacket is added if it's too hot for a blouse :) But the key here is not being too expose, otherwise it would be a Ero-ish style (that doesn't really match with the pop sweet vibe the dress gives)
I know but if I were a girl and wear that kind of fashion I wouldn't care about rulez and stuff and wear it the way I want to wear it. Freedom and creativity rulez above all :D
Luffy3D2Y Yeah ultimately it's still a personal choice. As long as wearing some appropriate dresses with good quality and good coords, that will be fine ^w^ because that is the most important bit
A Petticoat. its an underskirt made with layers and layers of a type of net fabric, gathered and bunched up to hold up the skirt fabric and hold a shape Very common in 50's, Swing and rockabilly Fashions just a different outcome hope that helped :D
My Lolita style is more of a EGL style (a mix of classic and gothic). I also coordinated my wardrobe in such a way that the same blouses, hair pieces ,accessories and handbags go with different dresses. I also stuck with a theme as well. It called economizing and saving money coz Lolita fashion is an expensive hobby. But I love it 💖💖🌸🌸🇯🇵🇯🇵
I did this SO OFTEN to create a different style because I have a top similar to the new short waisted Neverland blouse and it creates a rather old-fashioned look than a modern look so I can switch between those two looks :D LOVE IT
Hi Cathy, did Angelic Pretty x Disney did two Aristocats collaboration dresses? I bought a dress that I thought it was Kiss Me Cat but its different and I can't tell if its a real or fake one.
That's a really great idea! I'm definitely going to give it a go! I'm thinking of using a nightgown I have with a lace neckline as a blouse with one of my JSKs like this!
what did she did with the jsk? just hide the straps?
Pretty much

gosh I love the ruffled back
I love that blouse and have been looking for something like it. Is there a name for that specific type of blouse with the ribbon going through it?

What match and doesn't match I think is still up to the person who wears it which in other words again is called freedom to express ones self :)
What's under the skirt? Hahaha.

Interesting idea but I like it much better with the straps.

To all males, pay attention to 2:18 - 2:34
Wow, what a pervert! Stay away from lolita fashion!
