oh, I have that blouse too! I had cut off most of the lace though. :P What I really hate is how inconsistent sizing is: even though you know your mesures, sometimes clothes don't fit at all. :\
You mean even when you know the exact centimeters or inches? If you stay on M, L... it is completely inconsistent. But in my experience, the exact measurements work, at least for me.
FluffyKawaiiJo I've bought many clothes online, not just lolita, I always check the measurements, but sometimes they're way off... either that or they send me the wrong sizes.
For exchange rate I recommend the XE app. You can put a widget somewhere on your screen with a select currency to trrack pretty much as it updates (I do GBP-JPY) and then in the app you can track I think up to 10 currencies (so I have GBP, JPY, EUR, USD, PLN, CNY and AUD because those are the currencies I shop in the most). That app is one of the most used one on my phone. I try to keep a wishlist on my phone, but I don't always remember to update it. I keep a record of what I own on my phone, so when shopping at an event etc. I tend to check whether it matches what I own. Besides, my need list is now pretty small, there are only 5 things on it at the moment, which I tend to remember. And Lolibrary is so useful! They're planning on bringing out an app version of it eventually (for now it's just mobile friendly), that will be another useful one to have on your phone. Lastly, this cut suits you so well (we already know mint is totally your colour)
Thank you much the tip about XE app. I am so happy to have gotten this new mint dress! It is so confortable! I think the next step for me is to have a folder with pictures of my dresses and blouses. Is that what you have? Pictures or just a text list? It’s easier to see what matches together with pictures. I am so much looking forward for a Lolibrary app!!
@@FluffyKawaiiJo I have pictures. I actually use another app called Labels, where you can put all the washing instructions (keeps them safely in one place), but it doubles up as my wardrobe catalogue (only for branded stuff though, so main pieces, coats/jackets, tops and boleros - I can't be bothered adding the offbrand things there, too many offbrand blouses etc. :P). It's super neat, doesn't take up a lot of space and means that I can easily check through what I have.
@@FluffyKawaiiJo hm, I tried to find it myself, but it seems it was removed from the Play Store. However, it looks to still be available from the creator's own website: labels.droidinformer.org/
I love your coordination! And thank you so much for breaking down the list. Really helps me to shop for what I need to coordinate. Just some of my suggestions for all the Loli girls out there ^^: For the measurement of the shoes, it's important to measure 2 things, the foot width and foot length (in cm or inch is fine) because not all stores sell exactly the same size. For example, there are 2 Taobao shoes that I found online, both are EU 37, however, 1 of them is 23.0cm, the other is 23.5cm. So it's really important to check the accurate measurement for shoes in each store because a .5 difference is very significant (it can affect your comfortability). I always recommend to round up your shoe size (eg. get a 23.5cm shoe if your foot length is 23.2cm, 24.0cm shoe for 23.6cm foot). Having space is more important than not having space. If the foot width for your desired shoes is smaller than your actual foot width, please don't go for it because you'll regret getting a perfect foot length but a smaller foot width. Pain will definitely come in your way! Always go for shoes with a bigger foot width than your actual foot. Always remember: space = comfortability :D
Thank you so much for all those details. Do you see often shops listing shoe widths? OR is it more like regular, wide, extra wide,... and if ti's the case the you know of a size chart that would convert to that?
@@FluffyKawaiiJo Hey there! I'm so happy you replied to me :D Unfortunately most online shops they do not list the shoe widths in their description, mainly because most people wouldn't take much consideration to it. So what I always do is to message the seller, ask them for the shoe width measurement (in Taobao) in cm. The reason why I'm really particular about it is that I have a wider foot width, and in the past, I will always feel painful at the sides of my foot.
@@Angliss97 Oh I see. That's a good idea to ask for exact measurements. By the way, I usually answer all comments. I am still a small creator, so I can still handle it.
