No Goal is my favorite goal. I didn’t realize you kept a cube until the digital version.

Last two birds if you switch the order of placement would have given you an extra point - the bonus card specifies that it only counts star nests once per column

I don't think this is true. The way I played them I scored 3 points for one complete column. If they're switched then I only score 2 points, 1 each for two partial columns. You can use more than one star nest per column, but each star nest can only be used once

Does that just mean you can’t score two points by combining a wild nest with two other different nests? (Site selection expert sympathizer here but i knew it worked with two wilds in a column)

      Yes that’s correct 👍

Magnificent game. RE: Wood duck/swallow. I know most people disagree but I think it makes sense to play the stronger brown power first if it means it will get more total activations. (This debate comes up with Killdeer/Gull combined with tucking or food gaining birds in grasslands too.) That's what you did but I would disagree when you call it the wrong order. In this WD first order, you see 2 cards and keep 1 more card ahead of the alternative order. That means each subsequent food gaining turn and swallow tucking activation, you will have seen 2 more cards and kept 1 more. So you are actually more informed and have more possibilities on each subsequent forest activation. Within turns, it feels better to activate the wood duck first and swallow second, but within the broader context of the game, I think it makes more sense to activate the stronger brown power first. Are you sure my view is wrong? I know you know more about the game than I do.

Wood duck is still the king of the forest. Chipping sparrow is the most OP combo, but red-winged parrot was nearly as good
Love site selection expert. It's basically a big buff to star nests
