I took the beat from "I Beg Your Pardon" by Kon Kan, and the acapella version of "Tell It To My Heart" by Taylor Dayne. Back then there was no digital mixing within reach of the average person, so it was all done with turntables, a Radio Shack disco mixer, and a cassette deck.

The majority of this mix was sampled from a previous hit from 1985 by singer Princess - Say I'm Your Number One. Hence the name of the mix....
