I’m just rambling but to me this song is about entering an industry that’s full of people that want to see you fail, who constantly criticise what you do and bet against you saying you’ll never achieve your goals. You spend years and endless nights working to achieve them you sacrifice everything and lose so much but finally achieve those goals and surpass their expectations. Only for them to slander you for something else or something new or set a new goal they think you can’t achieve.
