    Unless you're an elite MMA fighter, Mighty Mouse will beat you in a street fight regardless of your height or weight. The only reason he's 5'3" in the first place is because God had to nerf him somehow. Otherwise he'd have 11 more title defenses under his record.

    People so severely underestimate the power of leg kicks. One could be enough to bring someone untrained to their knees and if you get someone on the ground that has no training then it's game over. Just see former World's Strongest Man Eddie Hall getting leg kicked. And he has actually trained for Boxing and MMA.

    • @minartson
      @minartson 3 месяца назад +9

      Eddie Hall was hurt by a 9-year-olds leg kick. Sean is delusional that an NFL linebacker could defeat a women UFC champion. Weili Zhang picked up Ngannou with a single leg, those kicks and punches are going to cripple the NFL guy.

    Size and strength matters, it just does. I respect what fighters can do but they've also built this crazy idea that unless you're a fighter and train you stand no chance. It's literally what's compelling about a fight that anything can happen. A nfl linebacker gets their hands on a small person and the strength disparity is just likely too much

    I think the much larger athlete wins more than people would like to imagine.
    Of course the trained fighter has almost all of the advantages, and will win at least 80% of the time just on muscle memory and mentality, because most people can’t take a punch.
    But size and strength are two of the most important factors in fighting, a natural athlete with NFL size and strength can hurt or completely sleep any 125-135lb UFC fighter.
    In a confined space it’s not even close, a guillotine isn’t gonna stop you from being slammed through the floor, one hard forearm from a 250lb+ man will make anyone that small think twice, fighter or not. God forbid the guy has any sort of training, easy Von flue from top control.
    Beating a BJJ weekend warrior or a random 250lb dude at Walmart isn’t the same as beating an NFL caliber athlete with any sort of experience, it’s a problem if the combat area is anything smaller than the UFC apex. Basically the odds of victory completely fall apart if the person is actually a great athlete with basic knowledge of how to throw a punch or grab you in the clinch.
    Eddie Hall would easily sleep DJ, and he’s a novice fighter who isn’t anywhere close to the combination of speed, quickness, agility, mobility, and strength that NFL athletes possess.

    There's levels to the fact that the overwhelming majority of the best athletes growing up choose football, basketball, baseball growing up with maybe some exceptions with track and field and certain cultures wrestling. The rest of the sports get the people who couldn't cut it in real sports. I'm not trying to be a fucking dick I'm really not but UFC and CrossFit and shit like that get the left over poor man's athletes that couldn't cut it in the real leagues, go and take a college football player whose actually about to become a #1-10 NFL pick promise him a 100+million career in UFC and have him train 5 years he'll become a champion.... NFL NBA MLB have the athletes the UFC dreams about having... Period.

    Nah I see honestly exactly what he’s saying, a small guy like that can stun anybody who isn’t a fighter, I’ve been hit by plenty of women in my life and yeah it’s like a breeze, I’ve also trained Muay Thai since I was 11 till I was 23, I’m Thai that’s just kinda what we do, but I’ve never been hit by a women and thought oh fuck, never not once, I’ve been hit by a few dudes in the gym kinda hard sparring and blocked a punch and thought like yo wtf is that.

I dont care if there form isint 100 percent. Punching with 80 percent proper form when weighing 100 pounds more then someone will be a harder punch then someone weighting less and punching 100 percent proper. And the fighter will not have the power to knock them out. There is a reason that lightweights can't knock eachother out until the last round, and heavyweights knock eachother out first round
