A loving tip from a fellow RUclipsr, if you want to succeed here, less music and more tripod and light. If the job takes you 3 to 4 times as long as it should- you're filming it right. You're setting up the camera on frame and it's not shaking etc. This means lots of editing and takes, but it's the only way to get anywhere in this new super competitive space. A good camera for low light like a Sony AVCHD helps a lot too.
+briansmobile1 Thank you for your tips,it means alot coming from a successful youtuber like you. I am considering in upgrading to a tripod and a new camera. i really appreciate your feedback with the music, i am looking back at my viedos i see what you mean. Thank you for taking the time to watch my video and Thank you for all your informative videos.
I'm using Cyberlink Director Suite. It's the Ford Taurus of editing software. It's what I'm trained in. Adobe gives you more options and editing power. Might be best to start in that.
Appreciate the effort. The camera movement was hard to watch. Almost felt motion sick. For me everything went smoothly. I put the gasket in dry as recommended by Fel-Pro. No leaks. The only hiccup was getting the cable tray off (passengers side). Just didn't know how it came off. Appreciate the bolt torque sequence. Couldn't find it in the FSM.
Boy am I late making a comment. My sister had a 1997 Infiniti G20 and I had to change the valve cover gasket twice because of this exact same problem. On the second fix I used a lot of black Permatex, especially around the spark plug gaskets, and it did the trick. My guess is that the valve cover warps over time from the constant heat.
@@ERICSDIYGARAGE appreciate it and for your videos to 02 g20 is my first ever car and it's like you been helping me out in a way The Most High YAH bless bro
Interesting. I pulled one from a G20 at a junk yard and I thought it was a 2002 but maybe not. Also your exhaust manifold heat shield looks much better than the '99 version.
+xWR3KTx I think that the valve cover is different on the 99 and older g20s the 2000 and up have a different valve cover on the 2000 and up there is a hose that goes from the valve cover down to the bottom of the engine this is how the oil gets put back in to the engine instead of having it in the catch can
ERICSDIYGARAGE wow you're right! I never noticed that. I bought and painted a 2002 SR20DE valve cover but it won't work on my '99 so I guess I'll hafta get another one

Great video! Did your G have an oil catch can? Looks like it's been removed.

My poor g20 is leaking around the entire valve cover 😫😫
Mine is starting to leak again, I recommend using Nissan seals to avoid this thank you for watching!
You need a tripod
+Chan Nghiem when I made this video I did not have one but my new videos are better check them out.
