Wow, this is incredible! These excavators are not just massive in size but also showcase the amazing advancements in construction technology. The Komatsu PC8000-6 is truly a "beast" in the mining industry! 👏💪
You might recheck some of your figures as they a little out, 5.1cubic foot bucket on an 80 ton machine? don't think so. Also I think an 800 ton excavator would be in millions of dollars!!
@@farwindowusa to high wasn’t what i meant, 150 to 200k for a machine costs new just wouldn’t happen, a well serviced machine should command really good prices, not something that is around a tenth of the original cost, hence reference to scrap prices, you could break the machines up for parts and fetch around that sort of money.
@@10Banger were these for second hand units as normally when referencing pricing is generally new prices unless stated that you may be able to pick one of these secondhand for around $xxxxxxxx
@@farwindowusa I should have said “ Prices for parting out for upto that price” Breaking for scrap can be interpreted differently I agree, breaking up for parts would have been more accurate.
This is factually oncorrect. XCMG XE7000 has 2* 1600 HP engines, not 462 HP claimed. 462 incidentally is claimed for the CAT c32 which is 1600 HP and CAT6060 has two of them. Chat GPT was crying when generating, from joy of trolling I suppose.
Hilarious how consistently wrong all your costs and power measures are. Fun vid, but you are off by orders of magnitude all the time. You might want to consider another line of work.
i would be very carefull, and please do more research. You have just made "BAM" sound an idiot in this. As a fan of BAM! he knows what hes doing and i think hes pretty capable of looking after himself!!!!!

These giant excavators are incredible. Their power and size make any job easy. Truly the pinnacle of mining technology.

The JOHN DEERE is actually 512 hp @ 1800rpm.
Hydraulic excavators? I think they’re all hydraulic!
He must be talking Rubles, not dollars.
*Great video. Thank you for sharing the video*
I wouldn’t like you to be my accountant! Your prices are way out by a zero on the end, 150 to 200k would be for breaking for scrap, geez
When writing the script we looked up some used prices online and those were the ranges we found
Can you clarify why you think the prices are too high compared to scrap value?

I think who ever did the pricing in this video is high. I'd have a couple of those if they only cost 150,000 dollars. It's our youth, dumb as hell
